@CORRIEJANE - That's awesome that you're getting back on your bikes! And aren't rail trails great??? Glad you found one so close by! I have access to 3 or 4 of them, but they're all 30-60 minutes away from where I live. Not super convenient, but good for weekend excursions.

I'm finally managing to get my butt moving again this week and am working on digging myself out of the huge hole I've been in! I'm not too horribly far off of "green" now and I know I can make it by the end of the month!

5.1 mile walk today. It included some extra cardio when I walked through a spiderweb that stretched across the trail, (probably seven feet wide, that's some jump for the spider). Of course it was one of those times someone was walking behind me. You can only be so cool when trying to fight off the web.

Karen, I can explain it -- you're a skinny girl now!
Yesterday was a 4 mile beach walk (not all that pleasant in the high winds) followed by a 3 mile run. Today was a 3 mile beach walk that was much more pleasant without the wind.
I'm at 45 now. Not a walk in the park but I should be able to do this.

6.8 mile run/walk. Ran two in 19:11, both under 10 mins again. It's weird, especially since this morning I did a TRX class where the instructor was trying to kill us. Whoever thought up Tabata workouts is sadistic.
Trying to do all I can before my vacation ends Friday night at 7. The stress eating is always a problem.
