    Thank you for your concern!! You didn't miss anything! I bruised my instep and it was bugging me. I don't think I said anything until yesterday. It's better today. Got a bunch of miles done w/DH this morning.

    I ran my second Ragnar Relay this weekend, total milage of 12.7 miles. I had tons of walking too but not sure how to count it so I'll leave it at that!

    Finished my second 10 miler race today and shaved 6 minutes off my time for a new PR.

    Oct. 24: 6 miles walking
    Oct. 25: 14.56 miles of running 10.06 miles and 4.5 miles walking
    TTD: 260.39 miles

    Wow! That's fantastic. Well done.

    I got in a 3 mile run today. I'm at 65. Only 10 more miles to go and I'm going to the city tonight where I'll probably walk half of that. I've got this.
