    3.7 mile run/walk. I ran 2 miles in 19:06 somehow. Runkeeper was behaving today, I kept an eye on it. Noone was chasing me, so I can't 'splain it. But I did. And a HIIT class this morning outside in the 39 degree weather. I think I can have some hot chocolate tonight and not think twice about it.

    @CORRIEJANE - That's awesome that you're getting back on your bikes! And aren't rail trails great??? Glad you found one so close by! I have access to 3 or 4 of them, but they're all 30-60 minutes away from where I live. Not super convenient, but good for weekend excursions. :smile:

    I'm finally managing to get my butt moving again this week and am working on digging myself out of the huge hole I've been in! I'm not too horribly far off of "green" now and I know I can make it by the end of the month! :)
