I did my first ocean race of the season and was faster than any of the results I got last year!0

On Saturday I didn't do any working out.
Yesterday I did gymnastics for 1 hour and then right after I did cheerleading for 1 hour and I also walked my dog yesterday.
I just finished my 21 day fix workout video for today!0 -

Nov 2 - 30 min indoor cycling & 75 min bjj
Nov 3 - 18 min swimming & 60 min fencing
Nov 4 - 45 min fitness & 75 min bjj
Nov 5 - 60 fencing
Nov 6 - 38 min swimming & 61 min fitness
Nov 7 - 46 min walking
Nov 8 - 26 min swimming (RACE)
Nov 9 - 46 min fitness & 28 min weights
Total: 13 sessions & 608 min0 -
Everyone is doing go good, I haven't been, I have to get on track, I have been arguing with my 14 year old daughter then all I want to do is eat. Need to find a better way to deal with her0

on Weds the only exercise i did was volunteering at the horse barn for 2.5 hours.
