The links got me to thinking back to the ancient Jewish literature and their view of creation. It records a son of the first family as a farmer. I think in their time table that was to have been about 6000 years ago. While that dating scheme is very different from most of today's science it is interesting that farming was a way of life from the get go based on their writings. I expect the 11,000 year ago date is a good ball park start of farming vs. nomad way of living in some parts of the world.

Maybe it is due to my age but I really could care less who did what when.

As long as my current way of eating keeps improving my health I am 'all in'. B)
