    Adding 26 miles for 32 out of 100. (Yes, I have been lax on logging) :smile:

    4.9 mile walk/run. Would have gone for 5, but the 52 degrees on my weather app was a LIE.

    Ran 2.75, walked .25 outside in the snow with the 4 furries & rode ex bike 9.5 miles. It was 30* with NO wind so it felt great. Got to wheezing so I'd walk a little then run again (that's where the .25 miles of walking came) . I sure wish this bronchial illness would go away, probably would if I'd take an antibiotic but they give me worse side effects so I choose the lesser of the two!

    Walked w/DH and Bean early this morning then got on the recumbent for 45 mins and an episode of Castle then worked out to a circuit training DVD then shopped then wrapped Christmas gifts...now...I'm going to read!!!

    Dec.20: 8 miles in fo a run of 6 miles and walk for 2 with fur babies.
    Still cold but no winds so it felt much better. Hoping the Frigid Five weather turns out to be mild,

    I'm glad I was able to get out Friday, because my weekend was spent getting ready for and entertaining family. I hope to find time around work today to get outside, although the temperatures have dropped quite a bit, so we'll see how that goes.

    Added 4.25 miles Friday, 1 mile Saturday and 1.5 miles yesterday for a December total of 48.5 miles.
