    10 for the day. Did a breezy 2.5 mile speed walk with the four furries then rode ex bike for 7.5 plus I got in my weight lifting. A good day!

    Adding six miles for six out of 100. It's a start.

    Alright, I was ready to give up this month but remembered I'm not the first, nor will I be the last to be seriously behind and still make it! 8.4 miles a day for the next 10 days. This I can do on the bike!

    21st: 3.28 miles purposeful walking, 3.14 stationary bike MTD 78.84
    22nd: 5.35 miles purposeful walking, - MTD 84.19

    More wind and rain here - almost too nasty to go outside. I need to make at least 5 miles a day if I'm to make my target . . . . stationary bike . . . . here I come!

    I have not been very diligent in logging. My life has been crazy, and I have just got to let it go. Just tired and irritated I guess. It has rained for 21 straight days, and more coming. Not doing my Bi-Polar much god. My new trainer.

    Dec. 22: A new teacher evaluation is really cramping my exercise time. It has taken my peer and me 2.5 months to get a new computer evaluation program completed. Over 25 hours of attempts and we were the first to start it and the last to finish it. Ughhhhhhhhhh!
    Well we are back in the 60's today.
    10 miles today of 6 miles on the bike for a sanity break and 4 miles walking.
    TTD: 220 miles

    DDD and I hit the gym w/our trainer first thing this morning then I walked w/DH then I got on the recumbent for 47 mins and an episode of Agent X then I read for the rest of the day!! Loving it!

    OK I thought I had this until THE HEADACHE appeared Sunday night. The one that starts at one temple for a while, moves behind my eyes, ends up at the other temple and then travels back. UGH.
    Well resting and watching my diet isn't doing the trick so I'm going to just get out and move and hope that the endorphins will do the trick. It's worked before, so I'm hopeful.

    Added 1 mile Monday and 1.75 miles yesterday for a December total of 51.25 miles. I need to average around 2.75 miles a day to get this. It should be possible, but based on my last 6 months,
    it is harder than it looks. Not giving up though.

    Now I need to get my daughter to the dentist. It looks like a serious abscess and she is NOT HAPPY. Lets hope they can fix it today instead of waiting til next week.

    3 mile run today and Monday and a 7 mile ride yesterday puts me at 72/75. Almost there. The unseasonably warm weather up north translates to unseasonably hot weather down south, so I'm not sure I'm going to do my last long run before Disney. We shall see... Season's greetings to all!
