Ran 2.75, walked .25 outside in the snow with the 4 furries & rode ex bike 9.5 miles. It was 30* with NO wind so it felt great. Got to wheezing so I'd walk a little then run again (that's where the .25 miles of walking came) . I sure wish this bronchial illness would go away, probably would if I'd take an antibiotic but they give me worse side effects so I choose the lesser of the two!

I'm glad I was able to get out Friday, because my weekend was spent getting ready for and entertaining family. I hope to find time around work today to get outside, although the temperatures have dropped quite a bit, so we'll see how that goes.
Added 4.25 miles Friday, 1 mile Saturday and 1.5 miles yesterday for a December total of 48.5 miles.
