Well I wasn't too successful Saturday, but today worked out better. Added 1 mile Saturday and 4.75 miles today for a December total of 17 miles.

Finished my 9th Half Marathon yesterday. Woo hoo! Starting Wednesday i am getting a huge, ugly varicose vein worked on. While the doc has said i am encouraged to walk during the time i am getting all this done (but no bike riding for 2 weeks) i am not sure if she means just walking doing everyday things or my normal miles i walk/run. So i will lower my goal as i head into the unknown this week.0 -

12/01 - 5 miles walked + yoga
12/02 - 6 miles walked + yoga

I closed out the November MYAC thread this morning and refreshed everyone's total miles and Goal streak counts.
I also managed to get to the gym 2 times this weekend and am working on moving more consistently. So far so good!

We got 3 inches of rain in a couple of hours. Helped sandbag my friends house, she has water shooting up out of her heater vents. I got her sump pump finally working, so its going to take hours to get the flood waters from under the house. Working on keeping flood water out of my apt, but barring that, save the laptop, phone, tablet and the bikes. Especially the bikes. Supposed to pick up my cycling trainer today. Roads are a mess, roads are closed, my bike shop is surrounded by water. So....gotta wait til tomorrow. BUMMED. I haven't had a one week total this small since I started the challenge almost 3 years ago. DOUBLE BUMMED!

I somehow managed 1.25 miles on a day I spent mostly indoors. Today looks much more promising.
