Kathy, Me too same thing, hoping time off will help get refocussed. Hope your Mom is better soon. And that time does not run out. Am squeaking by somehow, with understanding from bros whose gifts will be late.

Shelley...that number up there...at the top of our post that reads...137.0 is old history...lots has gone down since then...bwahahaha!!! I'm so funny! Lots has gone down into my tummy and that number is up to 138.8 as of 5:00 a.m. this morning!! This is going to be a good week. I promise!
DDD has an early, early doc appt this morning and I'm volunteered to go along for the ride since SIL is working...egad!

It's Shingles! My mom went to her primary care today as I suggested and the rash was on her back. It never was a muscle pull or strain...shingles. She's being treated and will be better soon. What a relief.
I got in 8,134 steps for 3.23 miles. The scale was down this morning 202.4. Slowly but surely! My BFF and I are getting refocused...she has a new Garmin too.

So sorry your mom has shingles, Kathy. My DH had them when he was young...said they hurt. Nice job on your steps!
Weight was down a little, but it's still up there. We have the gym in the morning then walking and biking.

Sorry bout the shingles (DH had it - nasty stuff) but so glad it wasn't worse. Shingles will go away yessity-yes-yes!
My weight is up two (but still down two from high). Still down is good... Need to walk! Getting tasks done though. Just not physical ones. It is sooooo nice to doze just whenever. Ahhhh....

Shingles are awful. I should look into being vaccinated! Hope the medication helps quickly Kathy.
This is a tough month for everyone. And being down at all ladies is an accomplishment. If I end up the same I will be happy! Still down some from 153. Thursday will tell.
I worked out to KCM last night. And got in 30 minutes of walking. Up a few ounces this morning. Darn them cookies! Yes we will be better today. I must get in another walk and DVD!

My weight is the same today as it was Dec 1st! So sad! 139.2...
I did get a lot done today though. Maybe Thursday will surprise me!!

Chris with it being the Holiday of all Holidays month, I say that is still a win! I will see where I am tomorrow for the month. Fingers crossed.0

Well, the only reason I didn't snack yesterday, is that there was no break in the day's meal(s). Up to 166.5 (slightly more than my previous 166 high). No cashews and all good food, just too much of it.
Happy impending new year's eve.

Uh oh, worried about tomorrow. No workouts today. Had to run my mother around. I do not mind running her around. But I ate a large lunch thinking I could work it off. Happy weigh in day to us all.

Ok it was better than hoped for. 151.2. Which is almost 2 pounds down. Using it for my starting point for January. Since I know it will be higher after this weekend due to its my mom's last few days. I know we will be going out. So they would not be real pounds. Just those kind that pop on and off again. Right Paula? I think you know the ones I speak of. Lol. :laugh:

I was 138.6 this morning! Down .6 from Dec 1st!! That will be my starting number for January.
Getting ready for my walk w/DH this morning. It's 34 degrees outside...darn cold for this California girl!! Gotta pull on my thermals to wear under my heaviest sweat pants then heavy T-shirt, sweatshirt then a jacket.
