I would consider that flat, since there's not much difference between 324.8 and 325 - is that how you see it?

No, due to my mental block, I see .2 as more significant a gain than I see 2.0 as a significant loss. All in my head.

300 is a huge mental bridge for me, when I am under 300, a lot of these hang ups go away. Weird, I know..

You have the right mental attitude. I have always been impressed with your level head. What I'd do right now:

    1) Make sure activity levels are low.
    2) Make sure you are getting plenty of sleep.
    3) And sunlight.
    4) Watch your caffeine -- keep it very low.
    5) Absolutely no cheating for a good month. You know the rest!

I remember how I felt getting under 300. The scale read "297.2" that morning and I was stoked!

That is in the noise level. I would consider it the same.

324.8? Hmm.... I did have TWO plates of Taco Salad at Mom's yesterday, but nothing crazy. Other than that, I was really good.

Probably some sort of abnormality due to sleep.... :#

Worked Friday, got called in on Friday evening (3 hrs sleep), most of the day Saturday (6 hrs sleep), all Saturday Night, and most of the day Sunday (2 hours sleep). So, when hitting the sack last night at 9p, I had 11 total out of 63 hours. :o:#:D It was hard not to eat, but for the first time, I worked back-to-back overnights without so much as a nibble. . . LOTS of coffee though.

That's gotta be rough! I can make my scale read very large differences by which foot i put my weight on. Maybe some of that is going on. Also, salty stuff makes me hold on to water.

This puzzles me. That's not right. Your body is in some state of rebellion...protesting, swelling, etc.

You may need to track your intake and get a little bit eccentric in monitoring your lifestyle. Drop to a strict 1,100 calories per day for the next two weeks and get things back under control.

    Yeah, I'm confused too. . .

I don't know if I can do 1100, but I will try. I am freakin starving now. I may have to break that into two meals or do it for breakfast. I like dinner with the family, but I will be eating coworkers before long. . . .

Down a tick to 324.6 pounds.

MFP takes undereating pretty seriously. . . :D They won't generate a news feed post saying you completed your diary for the day. . .

LOL mine says that every day Foot, I just ignore it, since the MFP calorie generator dosent know anything about my thyroid or my body in general. So I just ignore it.

Oh I'm clear, I just find it hilarious that they take such "serious" steps to prevent malnutrition. . . "You had better eat right, or we won't lie to you about how you will weigh in a month OR let your 'friends' see how many calories you ate!" L.O.L.

That is so stupid. MFP is ridiculous on that. Now they have to regulate what they think people need...ridiculous.

But this tells us something; that ravenous "I've got to eat, damnit!" hunger...that is your cortisol and your body, working with your lifestyle and higher insulin levels, to try and increase fat storage. Once you get it back down, it will get easier. Otherwise, you will keep having to either increase your meal amount or else stay where you are because you'll feel backed into a corner with impossible hunger if you go less. You'll break past this, but it won't be easy at this point. I'd get it out of the way.

Lovely, just so lovely to see that graph heading down. I really enjoy seeing the peaks of each uptick get lower and lower than before, don't you?!

You're definitely heading in the right direction :)

Try substituting simple carbs for complex ones. That'll help to avoid blood sugar spikes and you'll feel fuller for longer.
