Leftover pizza and eggs for breakfast today. It was hard not eating the pizza with everyone else last night, but worth it this morning. The carbs really helped fill me up.

Congrats on not eating the pizza. I for sure would've caved, but you held strong.

I know bacon and eggs........but what is a biscuit? is that an American thing?

In the US, a biscuit is close to a British scone or crumpet, although neither is exactly the same. It's a quick bread, usually served at breakfast, made with baking powder, flour, shortening, and milk or other liquid, rolled out and cut into circle shapes and baked. Can be served with butter and jam or jelly, or sometimes with gravy.

The ones I had in America are much flakier, oilier and saltier than scones, but they do look very similar! Mmm, I did enjoy American food.

It's why we look like we do. . . :p

Success this week! 317.4 as of this morning. Breakfast has been a good call, I think.

Weird how the app and the desktop graphical reports differ: the app "normalizes" gain and loss over a period of intervening time, the desktop shows it as literal time intervals.

Good job! I think if more cals in a meal keep a person from going overboard the next day, then that is what they should do (as long as there is still a deficit even though it might not be as big of a deficit). Consistancy long term is key even if it is only little steps!

I feel terrible today. . . I had an 1100 calorie or so breakfast cooked up and could only eat about a third of it. My stomach hurts, my head hurts. . . . Bleah. Just sharing this little bit of joy on a Monday, lol.

It really is this time of year...I'm now back on the upswing, but it's hit us all--and I'm almost never down anymore.

I'm getting a little bit of spring allergies already. The grass has been greening up. We will all get through it!

Way better today! I ate twice yesterday; one little meal during my normal breakfast and a normal size bowl of spaghetti for supper. Definitely still under 2000 calories, but more than 1100. . . I have a rep coming in for lunch today, so I skipped my normal meal time. Gotta stay OMAD!

I noticed a pretty good size difference in a shirt I haven't worn in a week or so, so that was cool. I have never been able to button the collar without some horrible constriction, so I would button it to put on my tie and then loosen it, letting the knot cover the small gap. I sit here now running my finger around the whole (buttoned) rim with no binding. Good stuff.

I had an awesome morning with my son; we went hiking for an hour at a park near home, hit another park for swings and slides, and then watched two hours of cartoons. Fantastic!

Eggs, ham, and bacon today. Feeling a bit trimmer lately. Not a huge difference, but enough to notice in my clothes.
