Just got my stats for first 6 months of year from Map my Walk.only comes to 159 miles walking outside so to do 50 this month is a real challenge for me. Did another 3 today so 43.5 to go!
Mind you this does not count the times I did Leslie's videos but no idea how often for those!0 -

Trying to get back into the swing of things after my busy month of June and my routines being non existent. Although I did do quite a bit of walking about I did hardly any DVDs so it will take some doing to get back up to par again.
Super great to see so many new walkers joining in with us for this month's challenge!

Just wondering what a belly blasting walk is? I could do with that!
Belly Blasting Walk: From the back of the package: "The program starts with a 2 fast mile cardio walk that's infused with special belly flattening moves like the core rotations, standing curls and more. Next you'll to the floor for a series of exercises that are rating among the best to engage the full core including the abs, waist, back and even the glutes."
From the front of the package: Two workouts: 2 Fast miles plus a targeted waist slimming session.

Thanks for the info on the belly blasting walk-i will have to look at the clips for now. The DVD is only available on UK Amazon as US import costing a mind blowing £68 that 104 US dollars!

So glad to have found this group! I love Leslie!! I normally do the Really big 5 miles dvd 3-4 times a week so I am going to shoot for 80miles as my goal! I think I can do it especially if I start doing at least one mile a day when I am working!! I normally don't work out on the days I work because I work 12hr shifts and by the time I take the baby to the baby sitter and pick him up it is close to 15 hr days! I can do at least 1 mile a day!! Just have to suck it up a little lol!! I am so excited about this!!0
