    Did Walk Slim: 4 Fast Miles today. I've been doing 3 miles but decided after almost two weeks to start alternating between 3 and 4. I was very happy to find this video on YouTube!

    Hello Monday July 8!

    Yep, still doing LS Ultimate 5 Day but I will be changing it up in the next few weeks and still waiting for my LS's Belly Blasting in the mail. Come on, Mr. Postman :p Not off to a great start because of personal issues and extra errands, but I am hoping to make it up as the week goes on. I think I can, I think I can....

    07/01- 5 Miles

    07/04 - Happy 4th of July! No walking, but swimming all day!
