Well today is the last day, up from yesterday from 149.2 to 149.6. Keeping it at 149.2, Just an extra .4 challenge! B) So happy.

Congratulations all for your losses. They are all huge, no matter what the scale says. That last few pounds is hard for me!

I went up today instead of down, so finishing at 163. Still a 3 pound loss in just a month. That'll work.

    Thank you all!

I was 137.4 this morning. I'll take it! Working toward 135.0 by the 29th since these pounds just don't seem to move very fast.

Paula I think that was the highest last month. Congratulations.

    Kathy, great positive thoughts! o:)

Me, well I admit I am a sugar aholic. I need to get help. But sugar is how Paula and I met! :drinker:

Shoot, I forgot about that! No sugar for a month we said!!! I joined in just because she was an mfp friend even though it wasn't hard for me back then. That was before my cravings returned. It's been years! Here's to lucky serendipity!! :drinker: woot woot!!!

I came in at 137.2 this morning at 5:30...I'll take it. Maybe we should do a NO SUGAR - NO JUNK FEBRUARY! ??? What do you ladies think? Might be too hard w/Valentine's Day coming up.

I found COOTIE CATCHERS for DDD's 1st graders that are all Valentine's inspired! They are already folded. There are four different Catchers. So cute! I hope they like them. My SIL said boys never made them...only the girls made them. I don't remember it that way, but we'll see what happens on the 12th!

Off to get the pup in a few minutes. Have a great Tuesday, my friends. <3<3

I never could do a whole month. Egads! How about only one sugary snack per day? It would be a good start. B)

    Cootie Catchers! LOL

But I remember how nice you were to me Paula.

    Still doing good today.

Chris, I pick the upper right hand flap to lift - tell me what the cootie catcher has to say to me!

Shelley, I remember how surprised you were that I really had no none nada nil zero experience working out. You taught me so much! So long ago!

I'm eating pretty well now. Sweets aren't really a problem for me. It's quantities and nighttime snacking.

    Bear :flowerforyou:

Glad I got to know you too, Shelley. And through you, Chris. And then Kathy, and Clara, and the LOTR crew.

I walked to the Sheriffs office and back (the one in HMB, not where Shelley is) in addition to bike ride today. MFP is 10 minutes from the end of the train line - will walk.

I managed 4.0 miles in 96 mins w/DH and Bean this morning (7.02 total miles for 15,291 steps) then I got on the recumbent for 13.25 miles in 45 mins and an episode of Castle then I went to 1st grade then I went to the gym w/DDD and met our trainer for an hour of hurt. I got my 40 assisted pull ups done and a 2.15 minute plank done! It's been a good day! I'm going to read now!

Kathy I hope everything is okay and you start feeling better. I would hand you a Valentine Cootie Catcher if I could. We're all here. Let us know if we can help.

I was up 1.4 this morning...shoot, I hope it's just from the workout last night and not real you-know-what. I'm not going to let it distract me tho...going to walk and then bike this morning, DVD and plank this afternoon.

Back later. Be strong, my friends!

Chris, what's the next one after bear? catching cooties...!

I am also up (1.5) but my eating has been fine, I'm hoping it's just retention or increased muscle mass now that I've been working out regularly. (Does 3 days in a row count as regularly?)

Well, MFP overbooked and offered me consolation goodies (nice) and 6mos free MFP prime (nothx) and a future date. Going to take a vacation day since I already missed morning's work. Whoo hoo!

Yes! Three days in a row counts!

I'm sorry your trip got cancelled...consolation goodies...new car? trip to some place warm and sunny? :D

Oooo, you have great ideas for consolation, Chris. Probably just a tee shirt, but it can be worn on a warm and sunny day!

    I pick LOVE! Tusk kisses!!!

Okay, Paula, I missed your request for BEAR, so...now chose BEAR...cute red bear wearing blue pants w/suspenders and holding a heart bouquet...OR...PIGS...boy and girl pigs holding hands. He's wearing blue pants w/suspenders; she is wearing a yellow skirt, pink blouse and has a flower hat. Hearts floating between them. What say you, my friend?
