Sticking to the Hobbit challenge. Good thing I can get in my cardio during work hours. Logging is really helping.

I'm not even going to tell you guys that I'm up 3.6 pounds from last Friday...you would all want to slap duck tape across my mouth and my wrists. It was a week of one big bad mood. I don't know where it came, from but I think it's gone now. I was good with my food today. And no junk or triggers. I walked w/DH and Bean this morning even though Friday is usually my REST DAY. They wanted to be out in the beautiful sunshine and so we went!
I did not weigh in at the meeting today. But I'm good with that. I'm Lifetime, so I can skip one. Now to get rid of it!
Tomorrow is the gym w/DDD and SIL then walking w/DH then the bike. Also a 2 min plank and 40 assisted pull ups.

I'm afraid I may lose a lot of weight tonight. My LOTR partner eats lentils (which are related to beans) and tofu (i.e. bean curd). It was yummy but I'm not accustomed to them and my stomach is making ominous rumblings. :noway:

Paula, you made me giggle!! I eat beans every day, but I cannot do tofu...nopey, nope...
Years and years ago, my mom surprised me one day by saying..."Try this..." and tossed a one inch square of tofu in my mouth...I had no idea what it was, but it cured me of tofu for the rest of my life!!! blaaak...
I was up again this morning, but it was really, really early...5:00 a.m. ON A SATURDAY!!!! DDD wanted an 8:30 gym time, so we got our walk done early.

Enjoyed a day out with my BFF. We had a great time and I got in 10,682 steps for 4.25 miles. I'm weighing in tomorrow. We will see what happens.

I'm up a pound or so today, but was down a couple yesterday. :laugh: But the bounce is definitely 160-163 the last few weeks; instead of 163-167 where it had been before I finally stopped the upward momentum. Whew!
Now, if we can just drop those couple pounds to get us into the next lower tier!!!

I'm with you Paula. I'm hoping for 2 this week so I can get back to Onederland. But I have decided to put the scale away and only weigh in weekly. Too much pressure to weigh in daily. Our bodies fluctuate so much and I think I was getting obsessive. Sunday weigh ins only...at least for now.0

Yeah, my doctor said to weigh weekly. But it gives me a little thrill to see it go down and it's not a big deal if it goes up (just a little), so he said daily was okay for my type. I guess I think in terms of ranges rather than absolute ups or downs.0

I was down a pound for my HUGE up that started last Sunday!
I can weigh myself several times a day.

I stayed down this morning...138.6. We'll see what the next two day bring. I'll be weighing in on Friday regardless of what the scale reads. Working on it!

Tried to talk my DH into turning the living room into a gym...got a really loud NOPEY, NOPE!!DDD asked, "Where would we sit when we come over?" I named an few exercise pieces...or that she could just hang from the TRX...
