Chris I was at 147.2 this morning. If my center number was a 3 I would be dancing.

Good job Chris, you are doing it. My eating is good right now also and I've worked out everyday this week. That hasn't happened forever.
I'm weighing in Sunday. I hope to see a loss. It's been difficult staying off the scale this week. Not sure how long that will last.

Up!! Egad! What is in the air? ...not wait...what went in our mouths? I know...there are fat gods that come in the night and stuff you with laughing fat that won't go away!
Yesterday was my REST DAY...it would have been really nice...are you listening fat gods????...if the scale had stayed the same...just the stayed same...I wasn't even asking for a loss. But...NO!!! The fat gods are checking in on me and laughing their a$$es off at all the exercising I'm doing...and that's the fat that attacks me at night! They stuff it in around my belly. I know that's what's happening. This is the only logical explanation!
Okay, we are leaving in a bit for walk around town with the pup. It is supposed to be beautiful today. Then the bike then some kettlebells then some shopping.
It's going to be a great Saturday! I'll be back later, my friends.

Up .2 this morning. I am good with that after the way I ate last night. I was a little over tonight. Rocky brought me pie and creme eggs! He is sabotaging my weight loss!

I was up again this morning. The fat gods hit again last night. I'm hoping they missed Shelley. Maybe tomorrow. It's pretty pitiful if I end the month heavier than I started it.

Today I walked w/DH and Bean early this morning for 5.0 miles in 115 mins (6.94 total miles for 15,125 steps) WOW!! Same as yesterday!! Then got on the recumbent for 12.80 miles in 45 mins and an episode of Castle then played w/some weights to a 30 minute KCM DVD then...uummmm....nothing!!It was a beautiful, sunny day here in California!
Stayed within my calorie allotment and tracked it all.

I was 147.6 this morning. I would love to see that stay there. And you are taller Paula. I need to be more like 130ish. But I do not care if I only see 140 again. I refuse to give up everything.

I'm holding at 163. Want to get below the 162 where this month started. Probably depends on which part of the bounce is happening.
Anybody else's eyeballs floating? Drinking half my weight in water is hard! Even with pounds converted into ounces and divided by 10.

Yep, not easy Paula. I do think that if a person drinks the required amount for a body it should be good. Some people are much larger than we are and that just does not seem healthy! I am supposed to drink around 74 ounces. Slightly less now.
Maybe if you did not drink so much you could get below that 162!
And I do not think it said "water".

My weight was just into the 146'ish this morning. I am betting it will be up tomorrow a bit. Never holds when I first have a loss. At least at first, it bounces.

Weighed in at 146.2 today. That was exciting. But it is so hard to keep it down. Sometimes I wonder if it is worth it. I know, so negative! Sorry everyone. But just feeling this way.

I hit 161 this morning, wow! Now if I can stay there thru Tuesday. :bigsmile: Unfortunately a coworker brought candy and nobody was helping me eat them :grumble: But then I went walking in the rain after work. 90 minutes and I'm going to be sooooo sorry tomorrow!

I loss 1 lb. Now I've got to work hard this week to stay in Onederland. The last time I got there I didn't stay. Determined!

Who knows, Chris. My drop to 161.5 bounced back up to 163.5 today. If it can go up 2 for me, it should be able to go down 2 for you!
