Finished the day with Stronglifts.
SQ: 5x5 at 37.5kg. Legs were a bit fatigued tonight.
BP: 5x5 at 30.5kg. Finally worked my way back up to 31kg after a deload when I failed to progress, hoping I'll get it next time.
BR: 5x5 at 37kg. Eh, they were fine.0 -

Not much to report... Did my 2 mile run this morning. Am quite weary at work though, so probably just as well I'm not lifting tonight.0

Bench: 3x5/2x4 70lb (Failure on last 2 sets. Will hope to complete 5x5 next time.)
Row: 5x5 80lb
Day 12 - 2/28

OHP: 5x5 50lb (FINALLY!!)
DL: 1x3 130lb (Failure. Will try again next time.)

Kettlebell Swing Challenge
Goblet Squat- 3X7X 25
Russian kettle bell swing-50 X 10X 25
Today is the first day of my kettle bell swing challenge. I decided to do extra sets in case life got in the way during the month. That way I can bank some of the swings. I can really feel the extra! Now I am off to swim for 45 minutes. Hopefully that will relax and stretch out my muscles.0 -
Swimming-40 minutes freestyle
Finally my sister-in-law and friend are able to swim again. Will try to get that in on Tuesdays and Thursdays. It really stretches out my muscles after weight training. I needed it especially after swinging the kettle bell 500 times today! The hot tub was exceptionally relaxing!0 -
