    I find my biggest eating time is before bed. Does anyone have good tips to cope with really wanting to snack after dinner?

    We are traveling this week and it's been a little more hectic than I had anticipated. I'm trying to stay on track with good food choices. I think it's finally slowing down a bit so that I can actually enjoy being away.

    I have to eat something just before I go to bed or I will have trouble sleeping. Usually, I have 1/2 or a whole Akmak cracker and a couple ounces of milk and I'm good to go.

    @summerfun2016

    Logging meals - I mostly log my meals the night before. I find it easier to stay on track if I preplan. I tweek it throughout the day if the plan changes. I also don't close my diary. I know a lot of others do so I may be in the minority on this.

    Hi Everyone,

    I was called into work earlier today and had to return home due to not feeling well. I just got home and I'm going to go have a sleep in hopes it does me well.

    In the event I don't get the weekly stats posted later this evening I will do it tomorrow morning. In the meantime, if you go into the spreadsheet you will at least see the winning teams.

    I'm hoping to weigh in tomorrow instead of today. When I weighed in this morning the scale indicated that I lost 7 lbs, which can't be true. So, if I can, I'd like to weigh in again tomorrow. If not, I'll keep last week's weight. As much as I'd like to take the 129 weight, I'm certain it's not accurate.

    My apologies for not recovering fast enough from our vacation trip. I didn't do to badly during the trip, but did not do well during the return drive followed by a special dinner with friends Sunday night. So, the result is a net 1 pound gain. :/ I will be working to get this back down during the rest of the week.

    Struggling a bit this week with getting my food/life back in order after being out of town last week. Yesterday, I felt like it was finally getting back in more of a normal groove. --- Just in time for the weekend. :o
