Finished my workout today hours earlier than normal! I'm usually working out arnd 6pm...i was completely finished with my cardio, and both challenges by noon! I feel so much more energized & not as sluggish today!0

Wooot so excited! I've joined May's group but I'll officially register with my weight tomorrow (weigh day!).
My mom has invited me over for dinner tonight and she's making my favorites... a dish that involves a lot of white rice, cheese, sour cream, and tortilla chips. So I told her I'm happy to come over and hang out (and erm... do laundry. My laundry card has $0 on it now and I'm moving soon... I swear I'm an adult otherwise!), but I'm bringing my left over salad and getting some crunches in.2 -
Ugh...I feel like I'm in a funk. I havent really eaten uncontrollably just feels like I havent done alot this week. Help! lol0

Hi tayter_tot7....don't beat yourself up, it gets that way at times....just keep pushing yourself pass the funk, it's only temporary! I have been feeling like this since the weekend, but yesterday i decided to really work-out and push myself, and the sluggish feeling is now gone! Sometimes we've gotta reset our minds back to remembering why we started this journey! Pull out your old photos, or whatever motivates you...that will definitely get you going back in the right direction!1 -

Well today was my weigh in. I only lost a pound but yay for a loss. I've been having knee problems so working out has been difficult but I've been doing what I can manage. I'm happy to see a loss but wish it was bigger.2 -
I lost 2lbs again.. wish it had been more but at least I've been consistent lol
So excited to see where our team is placed this week!1 -

Every pound counts! Even with knee problems, you managed to lose a pound, that's great! You could have gained, but you did not...that deserves a pat on the back!0 -

Good Morning team! Just wanted to update you on a few things!
First of all, Nicklang02 has beem Eliminated b/c she did not weigh in on time! For the past few weeks she weighed in after 11pm each Friday! I am not sure what happened this week, but this is an example of why we should NOT wait until the last minute to weigh in....anything can happen to cause us to get distracted, and therefore we forget!
So for our last weigh in plzzzzzz try to weigh in ASAP on your weigh in day! Waiting until 10-11pm will not madgically make you lose any extra weight!
Getting eliminated affects the entire team...especially those who are really working hard in this challenge to win!
Also, we place 2nd this week, but i truly believe that we would have placed 1st again if Nicklang would have weighed in ON TIME! We needed her to weigh in with a 1 lb loss....she had been losing 2-4 lbs each week. I just wanted to share an example of how your accountability affects everyone involved!
Congrats on 2nd place, we still did an awesome job! Thank you team for your best efforts!
If we focus "AS A TEAM" and work together this week, we will win the BIGGEST LOSER CHALLENGE!!!!!
This week will be very important, and i need EVERYONE that has not pushed themselves, to try harder than you have all month long!
We need 100% participation in the upcoming week, and we need EVERYONE to make sure you weigh in ON TIME!

No, you will not get a replacement. Your team is affected this week due to an elimination but going forward this will not affect the team in Week 4 or for the finale.
You guys are currently in the lead for the finale. Don't let that fool you though. There are other teams hot on your tail and because winners are based on % anyone can take the winning spots. You guys have worked hard, don't stop now.

Hi Everyone,
I was called into work earlier today and had to return home due to not feeling well. I just got home and I'm going to go have a sleep in hopes it does me well.
In the event I don't get the weekly stats posted later this evening I will do it tomorrow morning. In the meantime, if you go into the spreadsheet you will at least see the winning teams.

So next month is my birthday (may 27th) anywayssss.. I'm scared!!! I was told that my mother wants to take me to the beach, play some volleyball, swim and cookout.
Yeahhh... I'm not getting into a swimsuit looking like this...
I got a few weeks to try to push my butt into a bikini!!!
... And look good while doing it lol1 -

I am actually going with a group of ladies to the beach that same weekend!! I know my body is NO WHERE near bikini ready but any weight I lose will help me feel a little more confident!0 -

My goal til my weigh in day is no eating fast food. This won't be too difficult for me because I don't eat out a lot. But when I do, it is usually not a good thing and I don't make the best choices.
Also I plan to workout 5 days this week. 3 days of treadmill and 2 days doing the resistant band.
