Hey guys, ended up gaining a bit of weight this week :( Pushing myself extra hard this coming week to get it down! I want to see ONEderland (199) by the end of this month!

I just weighed in and I was 5.9 pounds lighter.

303lissy try drinking more water, sometimes water retention ruins all your effort and you see those bigger numbers on scale.

I usually drink 100oz of water a day. This week was hormonal mostly. Which hopefully is good, because it should come off quickly.

My weigh in this week - 245 lbs! I'm extremely happy with this loss. I honestly expected to have no loss (or even a small gain).

A huge problem I have (please don't hate me lol) is the fact that I don't eat enough. I'm on an very tight budget and sometimes food (especially healthy fresh food) is a luxury that I can't afford. So I would normally eat one meal a day and that was it.

I'm trying very very hard to eat all through the day and to consume the proper amount of calories from healthier choices. So far I'm doing pretty good. I allow myself all the fresh fruit and vegetables I can get my hands on. I stick to fish and poultry for my main proteins. I struggle with carbs but found a recipe for cloud bread this week I'm going to try. I've cut out almost all soda and replaced with water and herbal tea.

It seems to be helping so far!

Eat smaller meals through out the day. Everything else sounds good! You can also try nuts for a snack! They are good for protein as well. Diet soda is okay, no calories, no sugar! That's if you get the need for something sweet to drink!
You are doing great! But if you get bored with your foods, or workouts, don't be afraid to switch it up some!

    Set a goal for today!
What do you want to accomplish? Don't stop until it's done!
Set goal for this week!...push your self until they are completed!
Set goals for this Month!...if you meet your weekly goals, you will meet your monthly goal as well!

    Here is an example....
You want to lose 12 LBS this month...
    That's 3 LBS each week...
which is .43 LBS per day...
that's LESS THAN 1/2 Lb per day!!!

If you FOCUS on your small goals...you will be able to reach your OVERALL GOAL!

I'm in a slump these past few days feeling a little lost and very discouraged... Wishing I was losing faster and feeling like I'm doing something wrong... I'm trying to stay positive and trying to stay involved... My go to solution to feeling like this is to avoid contact with anyone and everything.... I am trying here and that is wayyyy more than I have ever done in the past...

Hi mbhck sorry to hear that you are struggling! We are here to help...soooo tell me this...

How much water are you drinking daily?

Are you on a specific diet?
How often do you workout? How long? What type of workout?
How often do you snack, and what do you usually snack on?
Do you eat after 7 pm?
Are you using portion control? Do you weigh your food?

Ok let's start there and try to figure out what's going on!
Plz hang in there, we will figure this out!
Keep coming to the thread for tips and support...DON'T SHUT YOURSELF OFF, let your teammates help you through this plateau!

I can very much relate. I have been having some small losses also and I know how discouraging that can be. But the most important thing to remember is we are here to change our lives. We can't compare our numbers to anyone else's. Whether the loss is big or small, it is still a loss! All of those losses over time are going to add up to a much bigger number!

Just keep pressing forward and we are always here if you need some encouragement! We are all in this together!

This is what I need! Someone to tell me what I'm doing wrong!
Water: almost a gallon a day never less than 3/4
Calories: I struggle to get in 1200 most days to be honest
    Diet: LCHF
Workout: walk 2 miles at least 6 days a week, do a 30 minute circuit 3 days a week
Snack: usually once a day roasted salted almonds
After 7: yes daily, I don't get off work till 7 and eat around 8 sometimes 9 every night
Portion control: yes I weigh/measure/count everything I eat

I will be completely honest I don't think I'm eating enough... :/ any help is so appreciated! Thank you!
