    Ive set my calories quite high to get back on track. I was 400 under so happy with that :)

    Slight hiccup over by 3 calories pretty much just had one huge meal today. Tomorrow I spread it out and aim for under. Not that 3 over is anything to cry about.

    Way under today had an issue with a kidney stone and couldn't keep anything down kind of a win I guess. I am feeling better now though
