Been a rotten week rain+++ then today snowed for couple of hours - unusual for here - didn't settle but more forecast for the weekend. Poor bike has not had an outing lately!0 -
Hot, hot hot. Went out for a walk yesterday, but I had to take a break in shade about half way through. Trying to get out earlier today. I am not looking for any speed records here, just want to keep moving.
Added 5 miles for an August total of 16.25 miles.

Good decision! I would call it a no run day too. I ran a half starting out at that temp and was hitting close to 90's when I finished. I think I was hallucinating close to the finish line. I started 6 am and thought it was 4PM when I finished....lol1 -

Aug. 4: Did not get a chance to log in yesterday for my miles
Adding 11.7 for yesterday of which I biked 6 miles and walked 5.7 miles
TTD:45.73 miles
Thanks for asking about my pup. She has four incisions plus sore gums from her cleaning. No teeth were removed and she actually let me lightly brush the teeth this morning. She of course does not like her e collar but it must be on. Waiting on two biopsies to see how they turn out. Looks like Edward Scizzor Hands did a job on her. A bit graphic so don't look if stitches bother you.

Must have been a big mass in the inguinal area. Too bad they couldn't close with intradermal sutures so she didn't need the cone. However, when you look at the tension on the sutures, they might not have held. Hope the biopsies come back benign.1 -

She had a fatty tumor on her left side and a lump in one mammary gland. (Middle photo)
She had two small fatty tumors at the chest near the front right leg and a suspicious growth inside the right elbow area. Hoping that biopsies are good. She is my 11/12 year old baby, therapy dog and faithful companion. We saved her one hour from being put to death and she has been so worth saving...thus her name Merit.1 -
