How do you reward yourself?

That sounds like my addiction/reward. Steam, GOG.com, EA. I must have 200 games waiting to be played.

I love to cook. So, I usually get a new low carb/keto cookbook! I just bought one that only has fat bomb recipes. It's awesome
@Billyin4c ooooo....if you find any that do not require coconut anything, would you pass them on? All the recipes I have found so far have coconut oil or coconut milk in them and I can't have it.1 -

However - there isn't a thing he does during his day that isn't for me or this family so he can be as quiet as he wants. I see and feel how much he loves us in every action he takes. Me? I'm sappy and rarely shut up about him...clearly...
This makes my heart so happy. I have a wonderful man, too.2 -
I love mani/pedis, especially since the way I do them myself imitates a 3 year old. Now massages, that is going way to far for my comfort zone.0

I blame their sales model. Those -80% off deals are hard to ignore.1 -
New jeans! A year ago, they were size 22. Currently in size 16, and hoping to buy some 14s (not plus size anymore!) for myself for Christmas.9

I pull out a picture of my former fat self, shake my head, look in the mirror, smile and treat myself to a cup of decaf or a caffeine free diet pepsi.5

So, said wife and her friend decide to get a pedicure done at the mall one day. They get my cousin's wife seated and start working on her. However, as soon as they pulled of one of her friend's shoes, the little Asian ladies reeled back, looking like they were going to vomit, and started yelling things at each other in (what I believed to be) Korean. After a few seconds of this, one of them, while holding her composure as best she could, told the girl "foot no good. This foot no good here. You go home, wash foot very hard, then come back".
That was close to 20 years ago now, and they still rag on her about it.
Seriously, how foul must one's foot be to gross out a person who does that *kitten* every day?
Hahaha! Omg! I'm dying reading that story.... Wait....

New workout clothes! And just new clothes in general. It's sort of a must. Because they don't fit for long. Lol4

This does happen.
Not complaining, but it saddens me to report that the salmon leisure - no, not pronounced "loozer" - suit I snared at Salvation Army just a year ago for a reunion party (not work) looks even worse now - but I can't score another one within ten sizes for the same event this year.3 -
@RowdysLady I was married to one like your Rowdy. I miss him so much!0

My favorite rewards are - getting my nails done, massages (I haven't had one yet, saved for the 60lb mark), meals that are lower in carbs but higher than normal, or extra rich with more fat then normal, a low carb starbucks drink with HWC and sugar free syrup, bath bombs, lavender bath salts/bubble bath, books, clothing, candles, whatever I choose for that week really. If I do the treat meal thing it's not the entire day, it's one meal, and I keep the rest of the day very light with salads and etc.1

I bought new bras that fit properly. Sounds goofy, I suppose, but it was quite a treat.3

Any reward but food
It was one of those things for me to eat as a reward so I had to break that
I may buy new bike shorts, find a few songs on iTunes, go see a movie at the plush theater
Something that has no calories!2 -
I am 66 so everyday I get up & my husband who is 68 gets up I am happy and thankful (we have been married 39 years) it is more than enough of a reward for me. (And less I sound too altruistic I also am a seasoned shopper & buy whatever)6
