A good start to the month especially today when I managed my first purposeful 2 miles since I broke my foot 3 months ago. Just about reached 3 mph! Phew got overheated as I am now so unfit. TTD 7 miles1

Oct: 70 miles running, walking or cycling
1st: 7.5 miles purposeful walking (3.5 round the block with DH stopping for breakfast at our favourite cafe for brunch, followed by 4 miles along the Prom) - MTD 7.5
2nd: 3.02 miles purposeful walking hiking in the Forest of Bowland - MTD 10.52

Well my quads are sore again from my 19 day lay off and no run since my shot on Monday. So the run yesterday shows how quickly one loses their fitness level. I ran almost 6 yesterday and pushed myself to do a Galloway run/walk today to beat my body back in shape.
0ct. 2: Adding 14.95 miles of running 2.54 miles, 10 miles cycling and 2 miles walking.
TTD: 27.86 miles

@sussexbythesea Glad you're able to get going again.
Adding 2.4 miles of various moseying and running. Took a HIIT class with a lot of running on the Astroturf including a couple of laps with a parachute strapped to my *kitten*. No real wind, so no Mary Poppins imitation.
