I earned 8 points yesterday and i have 78 points total
trying for 200 points this month and i will buy myself a new pair of jeans from someplace fancier then walmart. So for January's 17 my goals are:
1. Log and measure all my food
2. Hit my protein goal
3. Stay under my sodium
4. Drink at least 3 of my water bottles worth of water
5. Spend at least. 20 minutes on physical activity
6. Limit myself to 2 diet pepsi today
7. Stay away from carb/junk snacks
8. Go to bed before 11 no electronics.
9. Work on blanket for 1 hour
10. Clean and organize my front hall closet.
That sodium gets me every single day, almost triple the recommended amount again.

Yesterday i wanted to quit the treadmill in the first 5 minutes but instead i slowed down and pushed myself through to the whole 40 minutes. Today i am glad i did!!! Next trip to the gym is sunday morning.

Yesterday was a rough day....I was way over tired and so busy, not a good combination for me, I have not gotten a firm grip on how to control myself during times like that yet.

trying for 200 points this month and i will buy myself a new pair of jeans from someplace fancier then walmart. So for January 24 my goals are:

5. Spend at least. 20 minutes on physical activity
6. Limit myself to 2 diet pepsi today
7. Stay away from carb/junk snacks
8. Go to bed before 11 with no electronics.
9. Work on blanket for 1 hour
10. Find a at home strength building routine.

I realize it's the end of the month but for the first time I've stuck with going to the gym for 3 weeks now, almost everyday. My knee is still slightly injured but feels better everyday! When I don't do the gym I feel like garbage!!! Lol. My mom is going with me which is the biggest accomplishment yet for her. Glad I'm coming back on here more too since the lack of support, besides my mom, seems to be an issue in my life and this group always reminds me I'm not alone.
