    Week 3 - 26.04 miles - running total 69.83 miles (5/15)

    Jan 24 - 2.93 miles

    Goodness... only 7 days left and I need 20 miles yet.

    Sorry to see some people are dealing with injuries. Hope you are back to working out again soon.

    I've worked out but not posted much lately.

    I think I'm going to start shooting for mileage next month.

    Finally well enough to walk after a viral infection. Forty minutes in the cold (brrrr).

    This has been a rough week. My boss had surgery for cancer over the holiday (did not disclose it at the time) and is now undergoing chemo therapy (she had to disclose this for obvious reasons) so I am having to spend more time at work, which means more computer time and less walking time. However, taking some of the load off of her right now is more important. Then on Wednesday, DH had oral surgery in preparation for his dental implant and taking care of a recovering man is well ... exhausting! :laugh: No time or energy for Leslie this week, but I am hoping next week will be better. Still lost a little weight this week so there is some good news at least. It seems we are all having a rough January!

    My legs still hurt but resting them is not doing the trick. I have a few pounds I need to walk off. I am going to do more walking and see what happens.

    I did 4 miles with Leslie yesterday and today. Feeling stronger.

    Wow, quite a lot on your plate, zichab. Well done on that loss. Hope your boss and your DH will be feeling better soon.

    Well no work out yesterday, but I did get a lot of steps in.
    Today I did weights and rubber band excerise, got some shopping in which is unusual for me.

    I think I'm finally feeling like me again. Woke up and did a quick step routine and never really stopped moving today.
