I did research on food for preventing for migraine too happen. Any food that has preservatives I can't have. I can't have nuts except for Almonds and Cashews. I am limited on food and the other accidentally I had one of the sauce at Subway and I dealt with Migraine all day.

For the members on Team 1 from the fall race. This guy is going to welcome us to London and make sure we are properly hydrated and loosen any tight muscles we may have. A little motivation for those that need it!! (Like me!!)
