I am loving all of these but this one speaks right to me. I joke with my coworkers who have been here supporting me on this journey about old Lesley & new Lesley...new Lesley would try to do damage control but old Lesley makes all kinds of justifications to behave badly. I mean, I can justify a little food slip up into being bad all day, a few bad days into what the heck, enjoy the week and start fresh Monday, haven't been to the gym why go one day...and I'm sure the list goes on. On the positive side, old Lesley doesn't pop up as much as she used to!! Baby steps in the right direction!

I NEED TO REMEMBER this,
There's nothing wrong with getting up early to get som kind of workout in. Especially, a good yoga session in, it makes a stressful day easier,

I was in the Summer Heat Race because it was so flippN hot. And my old screen name was aspire2lift, not inspired2lift. I am glad this one is in the Winter!... maybe?
