Good morning team! I also can't believe these are the last few days of the challenge. This one went so fast. I will really miss it and can't wait for the next one.
Looking great, everyone. Keep going on the challenges and minutes! I'm off to do some XC skiing today to take advantage of the big snow and my last day of spring break. Yesterday I did a long snowshoe hike and some hot yoga. If only I could be off work ALL the time. I also had to get some work done but it was much nicer doing it in my yoga pants snuggled on the couch than in my office.
Check in with you all later!3 -
Challenge 3
My green included:
Green Granny Smith Apple
Green grapes
Spinach
Kale
The spinach and kale were in a salad mix.2 -

CHALLENGE #2
Week 2: “RANDONNEE ON REUNION!” (5 km outside)
I chose this because I finally felt well enough this morning to walk my furry-faced babies for their 3.17 miles. The sloth dog and the elder dog are walked together for 1 mile at a nice 3 mph pace. Lilly the Holy Terror is speed-walked for a bit over 2 miles. It was very nice to get out in the 23 degrees this a.m. with NO WIND!

Braxxen went to his other side of family so I really got to spring clean. I am counting some of it. I moved furniture and vacuumed and sweated my booty off. I had already got a walk in so my minutes today will be pretty good.

Today was the first day I was able to read were we where going and the challenges. I was able to complete one, plan on getting me some more greens tomorrow and will do another challenge as my exercise. Has been an exhausting week at work and I am glad it's over for a few days.
By the way is there a way we can save those foot videos? I really like them.1 -
On short notice, I ended up in Edmonton AB. Am planning a long outdoor walk for Challenge 1. Have to look up which one. I think my ankle is good enough.
Still working on plan B. Probably one of the stretching videos.
My son is at a swim meet this weekend and I have been able to attend at the last minute.
Bar looks good.

I challenge each of you to do your personal best this week! Let's go out with a bang!4 -
Good Morning
Hope we don't have too many Irish pub crawl horror stories!!
Today I have to be very productive! It is my big packing day. Thursday we leave for
Yup, Three days each in Venice, Florence, Rome, and the Coast near Naples! Gone 15 days total. You know I was really sick with that sinus infection when I didn't get all excited about our Venice destination a few weeks back. Thanks @hawkins410 for all the good ideas. If I can convince my husband and brother-in-law we may do an an hour long "gondola paddle" you actually paddle rather than ride. So much for the romantic aspect of the gondola!
Have a strong weekend!!! Let's max out those minutes and finish the CHALLENGES!!!

Challenge 2
"Tek it Easy Mon!"
I chose this challenge because it feels so good to stretch it all out! I think I will continue to do this one from time to time. I also really liked Peanut.2 -
