    The scale at 163.4 in the morning gave the BINGE the voice needed. Hey lets celebrate you got this! Luckly my wife has been more understanding about my request to stop stocking up on chips and ice creame so there was not as much opportunity for me to be totally bad. Maintenance is such a challenge!

    My post read like a broken record. A few loses to the BINGE on the weekend and victories during the week. It doesn't seem like a long term maintenance plan.

    @hillmike56 - I wonder if that isn't an indication that either your maintenance plan is too strict - or that there's an outlying trigger you've yet to address. (HUGS) Consider each day of success to be practice for your life-long strategy.
