Agh...I am struggling daily... My anxiety is through the roof and I've had 3 migraines this week (I usually get 2-3 per month)... Barely keeping it together, but trying..Lots of sabotaging thoughts in a couple aspects of my life... Going to try to workout or go for a walk today to see if that helps. Hoping to report back tonight with a better outlook...2 -

I made it through today! And I reached out for emotional support from my aunt and a cousin.. and my anxiety is a little better. Ugh...So hard to admit that. I'm SUCH a confident person usually, but anxiety knocks me down quite a bit. Thank you so much @KnitOrMiss , hugs!!! And thank you @branbuds . I appreciate that!2 -
