We are losing two days on a average month, but I am still gonna try and hit 200.....I did not do very well in January for diet or exercise so hopefully this will help me crank it up a notch
If I make points this month, I am going to buy some fancy popcorn oil online

Goals for February 1st

1. Log all food
2. Stay under calorie goal
3. At least 135 grams of protein
4. Minimum FOUR servings fruits and vegetables
5. Log all carbs and insulin into glucometer
6. Drink at least 6 liters of water
7. Write out budget for February
8. Run one errand after work
9. Swim 30 minutes laps and do aquafit class
10. Go to bed before 10pm, screen free by 11pm

    I'm going to shoot for 200 points as well. Which dang is gonna be tough, not least of all for the shortened month but because it's my 30th in 18 days!!! So there are some celebrations planned.

    Which, frankly, I don't want to have to obsess over my cals for. Is that bad? Maybe. I don't know. Hell... you only turn 30 once right?!?! I'm hoping to compensate in the days before/after and focus on the weekly deficit as opposed to the daily. Anyhooo. My goals for today are/were:

    4. Sleep at least 7 hours. *
    5. Eat at least 100g of protein. *
    6. Eat less than 30g of sugar *

    8. Do something kind and unexpected for Mum or my Brother. * (Mum got her laundry done and folded, brother got a Quest bar from the shops :smile: )
    9. Get up to date/respond with all new emails from Monday. *
    10. Limit myself to 1 hour of the Witcher 3!! *

    I don't think it is silly at all. My birthday is this month too, and I plan on eating whatever I like at my dinner! Next month I have an annual girl's weekend that includes an indulgent night out too.....you have to let loose sometimes.

    Witcher 3 is a video game #nerdalert. It came out last year but work and family stuff was so nuts I only got a chance to play it recently. Stupidly addictive. I've decided going forward I'm not allowed to play it unless I get in at least half an hour of cardio beforehand.

    Trump stress is the worst stress. Mum found me watching the news and literally pulling at my own hair at 5am the other day thanks to Trumplestiltskin.

    I am aiming for 200 points this month, and will treat myself to those nice jeans i want, but really cant afford. My goals for Feb 1st are:

    1. Log and measure all food
    2. Drink 3 bottles worth of water
    3. Hit my protein goal
    4. 20 minutes of physical activity
    5. Avoid junk food snacks
    6. Go to bed by 11:00 pm no electronics
    7. Plan meals for tomorrow including packing lunches for kid and i
    8. Work on blanket for 1/2 hour
    9. Pack up donations that ive collected
    10. Look for some lower sodium options for my shopping list because im really struggling with it

    I am looking forward to the month. Great start everone :)

    Hello! Ive never done this before but it looks like fun!
    Ill also aim for 200 points and get myself a pair of really good fitting jeans when i reach it. (My favourite pair is starting to fall down when i walk lol)

    1. Log EVERYTHING
    2. Stay under calorie goal
    3. Get to the gym!
    4. Reply to emails from someone ive been avoiding replying to
    5. Buy new shoes
    6. In bed, netflix off by 11
    7. No junk food
    8. 1 load of laundry washed dryed and put away
    9. Shovel and salt sidewalk
    10. Get car ready for tomorrows detailing


    My husbands 40th birthday is at the end of the month. Were having a big party at a place kniwn for thier gigantic burgers and shakes. Im just gonna plan for it. I know its coming so ill do a little extra at the gym, and really watch what im eating between now and then.

    I think trump gives everyone stress... I used to love visiting down south, now i may not go for about 4 years.

    And i agree to days off... Having fun is good for your mental health, mental health effects weight... You need that balance.

    Super stress! I may be moving to California for work later this year so I am... eesh, I'm nervous!

    I haven't figured out a reward for hitting 200 points this month. Hmmmm. Maybe a FitBit? I feel like everyone has them now, I figure I should get aboard the step counting train.

    Weighing myself only on thursdays is going to be hard. I know weight fluctuates and weiging myself every day is discouraging me a little bit.

    Chels: i have the same problem with my jeans but the next size down is too tight, i am hoping this month changes that

    Im in Alberta and its pretty damn cold here today. Not like the -40 week we had last month but then it went up to +5 for a week so now todays -15 feels like the arctic circle lol.

    Today I'm having some friends over I haven't seen in a very long time. I'm making paella which, while nutrient dense full of delicious protein, healthy fat and served with plenty of vegetables... is carb and calorie heavy.

    But I'm not going to stress. I'm going to enter my full recipe and log it and just work with what I've got. The aim is to still remain under my calorie goal and get a bit more physical activity in!
