My back is already hurting me this morning and making me not want to get to the gym. But I need to push past that and go.0 -
I am aiming for 200 points this month, and will treat myself to those nice jeans i want, but really cant afford. My goals for Feb 4th are:

4. 20 minutes of physical activity
5. Avoid junk food snacks
6. Go to bed by 12:00 pm no electronics
7. Stick to the meals i planned for eating out today
8. Plan meals for tomorrow, home alone.
9. Work on my blanket for an hour.
10. Try another home strength training routine outside of my other 20 minutes activity...i need to build muscle.

Thanks hun! Genuinely amazed at how I'm doing given all the drama of past few days. I might have to tighten up my goals a bit more! Want to try and add more exercise/activity into them - but given what's going on with Mum I don't know if I'll find the time. Will see!

This really keeps me in line with school and work. putting things on this list I don't really want to do gets me to do them cuz I want those headphones lol!
Staying under the sodium is hard. but im trying to be more aware of the sodium in foods I eat. I think cheese is my downfall lol Last night my husband saw me drinking a glass of milk which is not something i ever do. I watch mine in spurts, i have had high blood pressure for years but my last few appointments my numbers have been good... If i can get mine down a bit more i can loose one of my meds, anytime im taking less pills a day im haooy lol. I take 5 meds to make 8 pills a day i feel like a drug addict.0 -

Yes I have high blood pressure. So I try and watch my sodium intake. But I've also been told by my dr that sodium can make u retain water as well. So I try to stay near the sodium recommendation. And trying to be more conscientious of the foods I pick based on protein amounts, calories and sodium amounts.0 -

I am aiming for 200 points this month, and will treat myself to those nice jeans i want, but really cant afford. My goals for Feb 9are:
Plus 5 points gives me 47/200 collected....
1. Log and measure all food
2. Drink 3 bottles worth of water
3. Hit my protein goal
4. 20 minutes of physical activity
5. Stay under carbs for the day.
6. Go to bed by 11:00 pm no electronics
7. Stick to the meals i planned for eating today
8. Review the menu for the restaurant for tomorrow and preplan
10. Work on my blanket for an hour.
11. Try to do the strength building stuff at work to break up my day.
Finally supposed to warm up here again in a few days can get outside again.
