Well, I walked, but I also* had chocolate to try to bury my work stress. One day at a time...we all just need to try to do better each new day we are given.

3rd: 4.68 miles, 2.68 miles running, 2 miles purposeful walking- MTD 17.44
My run today was in a beautiful country park - but it was damp, muddy and very sticky. I think my Trail shoes would have been a better choice for footwear!! Although the rain did hold off until I got back into the car to continue my onward journey!!

So grateful that the weekend is finally here. Have a young autistic boy that loves my adapted PE class so he can run of steam, He literally makes me play chase with him for 45 minutes and I finish the class a sweaty mess.

@clepant - I don't know how you do it!
I have now done several weekend rides with the local bike group that does the night rides. They all dress their bikes in lights and ride for 2 hours at night. There are usually about 100 of us on the ride so it's a very social, easy ride. I wore my HRM last night and I can say what the ride lacks in aerobic exercise it makes up for in fun. So...with an 11 mile ride last night and a 6 mile run today I'm at 27/75. The run may have (just) counterbalanced the calories I ate at our block party tonight.
