    Taxmom: Hang with us no matter what moving you get in. We would miss you.
    Janet: I have Noxgear which is really cool. I run with it at night or early morning and I wear it when I ride at night or walk the dogs in the dark. If you never seen it...look it up at. Noxgear.com I have the Tracer 360 and the Hound lights for my pups. It is so cool. You would like it. Here is a picture if you click on the link. I love that it cycles through all the neon colors.

    March : 128 m running, purposeful walking

    1st: 4.69 miles, 1.5 TM miles, 3.19 purposeful walking - MTD 4.69
    2nd: 8.07 miles, 4.57 m speed training with my club, 3.5 m purposeful walking - MTD 12.76
    3rd: 4.68 miles, 2.68 miles running, 2 miles purposeful walking- MTD 17.44
    4th: 0 miles - MTD
    5th: 4.5 miles, 2.71 m running, 1.79 m purposeful walking - MTD 21.94

    Tested the knee and heel today with an easy Galloway Run/ Walk. Some swelling in the knee but not painful. So happy to just run even if it was slow. Meanwhile my bike speed is improving.
    March 5: Adding 14.5 miles of 5 mile Galloway, 7 mile cycling and 2.5 miles of walking
    TTD: 67.5 miles

    @clepant - take it easy with the knee! Still glad it went well. Thanks for the Noxgear video. I hadn't seen that product yet. Yay! I get to be the first one on the ride to wear one.

    I didn't get in any miles today - lots of other things going on. Unfortunately, a lot of the leftover cookies from the block party ended up at my house, and then ended up in my stomach :'(

    3-2 was two Tabata Classes ( so NO miles).
    3-3 was outside walking 3 miles with my 10 yr old grandson & our two dogs,
    3-4 was spent with future daughter in laws making decorations for the June wedding
    and today 3-5 was a BEAUTIFULL 66* so the two furries & I did 5 miles and later I did 16 on the ex bike.

    So the chocolate won yesterday. A little anyway, but at least I got a walk in too. Added 3 more miles for a March total of 8 miles.

    Thanks everyone for reminding me why I love this group so much. Please know I would miss you all far more than you might miss me. Let's hope I can keep checking in more this month.

    @K80FLEC - I'm not sure why your post did that and hyperlinked all the text in the rest of your post! Somehow when you were typing it, you must've accidentally "dragged" the 'start' and 'stop' hyperlink commands so that they surrounded the rest of your text. No biggie... :smile:

    @FANNCY0626 - Welcome and I've got you updated on the spreadsheet! Unfortunately the tickers act up more often than not, but you did the right thing. Anytime the tickers are acting up, you can just type up a quick plain text update and let us know what you've done. And just for the sake of eliminating any confusion on our part of whether Janet or I have already added your miles or not, if you wouldn't mind also saying what that brings your monthly total to, that would be great! :smile: Oh and FYI...sometimes Ticker Factory tickers don't show the new numbers right away when you update them, but by the time Janet or I see them, they are actually then caught up and current. :)

    @CLEPANT - Those lights are really cool!!! Thanks for sharing that video!!! :smiley:

    I actually went back to the gym, lifted, then ran 1.1 treadmill miles. My trainer, who taught this morning's Boot Camp class, caught me and thought I was nuts. I just had nothing else planned for the day and got bored.
