    My plan: Running. Strength training.

    Ultimate Goal Weight: 130ish + muscle gains.
    My Motivation: I want to be able to be confident this summer, and be able to start school to b a police officer in September with enough confidence in myself to be the best I can physically and get awesome grades.
    My Plan: workout at least 5 mins a day strength training, 2 days a week for cardio, and having 1 rest day a week. Gotta get back my motivation to hit my goals hardcore this summer !!

    My motivation: This will answer why goal weights are undetermined. I dont care what I weigh... no really. It is just a number. I wanna go down some pants sizes and get in shape. I love the skin I'm in, I love me... but I wanna love the clothes I try on all the time too! I wanna shape and tone. I WANT to chase my four year old without getting out of breath!
    My Plan: Ketogenic alllll the way and the gym atleast 3 times a week :)

    Motivation: i am happiest when I'm fit. working out energizes me and helps me deal with stress. I also want to be a good example for my daughter in teaching her that confidence comes from within. I also want to feel good in my body on my birthday June 24!

    Plan: cut back sugar/ emotional eating, eating 80% clean foods, drink 60oz. Water/ day, weight train 6 days/ week, follow group challenges, walking 6,000 steps/ day
