Mar 21 - 3.8 miles ...... the temp is not bad but that wind is brutal.
Sorry everyone I have been missing - way to busy trying to get my income tax papers in order and doing taxes and year end reports for my various volunteer jobs. I also file taxes for seniors.... the only thing that is saving my butt is the World women's curling on TV... I walk on the spot with my hand weights.

That is a very good way to start. We have to constantly reassess to weed out what doesn't really work for us.

Pinky Oh my gosh! How coincidental is that! We we both chasing little boys in 1980 and 81! It does not seem possible they are in their 30s does it? I can never think of Brandon as that old as he will always be my "little one" even though he is 6'2" tall! :laugh:

Well not sire it helps or not but back in '80-81 you both would have been chasing me too. I turn 38 this year.
I hope people start checking in again, I love the conversation of this forum. Maybe they are just lurking in the background.
