    My goal for March
    - 120 miles
    - 10,000 steps 15 days this month
    - Control the eating
    - water, water, Water

    Total miles 113.43 - 7/15 days over 10,000 steps.

    I need to speed up my metabolism and cut up 5 French fries .... according to my doctor.

    LOL awwww...to be 38 again! Nope....I would rather not. I think I am actually healthier and stronger at my age now then in my 30's.

    March 13-19 = 22.26
    March 20-26 = 23.37 ( 47,921 Steps! )
    March 27-31 = 18.50

    126.08 miles tracked!!!!! Woot Woot!
