    Excellent news!

Now - just don't accidentally wash them in hot water and forget!

I usually only wash in cold water.

I think I put them on again in June and see what happens.

Glad you are starting to see results! Just going forward know that not all clothing size is created equal:) And sometimes what fits us in one shop won't fit us in another. Keep going!

Saturday I had my fiance remove the battery from my scale and hide it. Now i'm tracking to see how long it will take for me to not think about getting on it as soon as I wake up in the morning.

Got a blood pressure tester? That could distract you for other meaningful figures in the morning, including restingHR.

And that way next time you go to the Dr you can bring your BP history, instead of their one reading after walking down hallway and hopping onto table.

Bam, Leanne! Yes, changes are happening even if the scale says the opposite! Your body composition is changing and the fact that your weight is up but you lost inches (otherwise the pants would not button at all) is the proof. Stay consistent with your plan, your body is definitely responding to what you are doing.

I know sometimes it is hard to trust the process, but it is happening!

Wow that is wonderful :) I am up about 7 lbs with no size changes - I would rather be up 6 and buttoning my skinny jeans!! :D Congrats!

I was going to start my cut on May 1. But i'm feeling too good and want to focus more on getting back into a better workout routine. So I think I will hold off on my cut.

15% and I'm so hungry. I had no clue it would be this hard.

This is when meal timing will likely become more important.
Dropping a snack to lose those calories, or chopping a couple meals sizes, may be the easy way - but the timing may be not best for workouts or recovery or such.

Just recommend taking a closer look at that.

15% and I'm so hungry. I had no clue it would be this hard.

Then why jump straight to 15%?
Don't throw everything at it straight away!
    Start with a 5% cut.
Make sure your protein is still on point.
Have you thrown extra workouts/cardio in as well? (Most people do when they start a cut, but again, hold back some tools in the box for later!)
If yes, then you e increased your activity level = higher TDEE = eat more!
If you're really hungry there's no reason to keep going at 15% cut. You can build up to that over time, if desired.
Slow and steady wins the fat loss race!

Update: I did a 14 week metabolic reset. Gained around 11 pounds. Matched my previous highest weight from years ago but my body looks nowhere near the same. I am on week 3 of my first cut i am down two pounds.

I believe so. I will cut for another three weeks and eat at maintenance for a few days while on vacation.
