I just got home from a quick weekend in NYC. Ate my bodyweight in carbs, including raw cookie dough from a new place that's getting a lot of attention. It'll be worth it when the scale groans tomorrow morning. I did walk everywhere (2.2 miles each way to the cookie dough store) and I'm going to add 5 miles from walking yesterday (I did 11+). I think it's reasonable. After I slink off the scale tomorrow, it's back to Boot Camp.

@kar328, I LOVE everything sugar but I'm not big on cookie dough. Thank god for that or we'd never have a cookie in our house. LOL You'll do fine. You have become a machine who needs a little break! All's good!!
Got in 3 miles with my furries after helping our son's family load up part of their belongings. They are moving about 90 miles away with my grandsons. Can you believe that???? How can they do that?? LOL!! We (they grandsons & I) are going to miss each other terribly. I will be making a trip at least twice a month! In all reality it is going to be good for ALL of them!! I also rode my ex bike 15.5 miles this evening. Trying to make sure I get in miles before my week of Tabata classes. I lead again tomorrow night. Love it!!

Great start, everyone! I forgot to change something in the spreadsheet this weekend so the "colors" have been a little more "generous" yesterday and this morning. It was still calculating like it was April 1st.
Soooo....is that a belated, albeit unintentional, April Fool's Day joke?? Everything is correct now!
