April 12: Starting from scratch. Back to runner 101. So I did get a 3.3 mile run in tonight without pain. I know baby steps Char. It is just hard when I have been running 10 to 15 miles at a clip and I am starting at square one again. I have to say that besides sucking air, lack of conditioning, and carrying a couple extra pounds of baggage it was simply exhilarating to run some distance again. I will take it and be ever so grateful.
April 12: Adding 11.83 miles of purpose walking and some light jogging and a 3.3 mile run.
TTD: 162.83 miles

Good job EVERYBODY!!!
My knee does ok on the ex bike without using a lot of pressure. Did 5 miles. Tried to do a easy jog & it popped & I dang near hit the floor. Got out the stored crutches & will set up an appointment with an orthopedic specialist. Gosh this getting old just sucks!!! I'm "suppose" to cook Easter dinner!!! LOL

Hi Everyone. I finally get a day off and I get to spend the morning at the dentist. I'm not sure if I can get my jaw to stop aching tonight. I was able to get a nice walk out at the nature center this afternoon though. I enjoyed it but the hills reminded me that I am really out of shape. Only a few more days and things should get calmer.
Added 13.75 more miles since the last time I posted. April total 19.5 miles.
