Active April 2017 Challenge: Week 2 (4/8-4/14)

My goal was was to go to the gym three times a week, and this week I went five times! I didn't lose any weight (ugh), but I'm starting to see real definition in my calves (I am murdering my elliptical workouts) and in my abdomen (I'M STARTING TO GET ABS), and my roommate keeps telling me how I look much stronger and healthier (thank goodness). Can't wait for next week ^.^
ALSO I pushed myself to go, over the course of the week, from being able to do about 23 minutes of cardio without stopping for a 30-second rest for water and to breathe all the way up to 60 minutes! This coming week I'm hoping to be able to have at least 2 days like that, if not 3-4. Even if my weight isn't changing, I can tell my health is ^.^1
