    May 6: 2 miles (WATP For Your Week DVD: "30 Minute Walk") and 38 minutes walking outside.

    This week tomorrow is my rest day. so I'll see y'all on Monday.

    Slow relaxing day yesterday. Granddaughters dance recital and then visiting with family.

    @texasgardnr: Thank you! I love the Express series even though I've had it forever! I also have Leslie's Miracle miles fitness band, but I keep going back to the stretchie band LOL!☺

    @livingandlovinglife, I agree that the love of the Express series goes on forever <3:) . I've been considering and wondering about the Miracle Miles new kind of fitness band,,,, why do you seem to prefer the stretchie band over it?? I really am interested in knowing. Thanks :flowerforyou:

    Woke up with a sore throat yestereday. After next to know sleep last night because I couldn't breath for having to blow my nose, I went to the doctor. I have the flu. I had a flu shot in November. Anyway, it looks like Sunday before I will feel like getting in some walking per the doctor.

    You are all doing great! Walk Strong, Ladies! :)

    I'm so sorry AnnofB that you have the flu. Being sick like that definitely drains our bodies of all energy. Do rest as much as possible dear one. Sending you some virtual chicken soup, some tea and honey if you like it ☕, and some hugs.
