This month certainly was harder to into stuff with so much happening and I'm going to call it a month since there is only tomorrow left,
Today my major goal was to walk, which I did, enjoy my daughters grad, which I did, not count calories, well I rock at that, and to still drink water, which I did!!
For tomorrow my goals are to log, drink lots of water, and get me and my kid out of the house for a walk.0 -
