Ok knowledgable dog owners. I need insight.
    Preface
Kevin is going to be neutered within a month. He is crotch sniffing. I have been ignoring the behaviour, figure it's likely developmental and normal dog. But I understand that humans aren't usually keen on a dog in their crotch.
    Question
Do I actively curtail it? or allow it to run its course? Will it run its course or will he just learn its okay to nose everyone? Effective techniques to curtail?

@shanaber Glad you all had a great time! There is nothing better than walking into a clean house! I didnt know all that about the Tesla, Congratulations @CMorning99 ! DH needs one. He hits every curb and can't stay in his own lane.

@shanaber Like you, no real reaction to the booster. My arm is a little bit sore, but mom said she can't even feel hers. Yeah for the case of wine and coming home to a nice clean house. I'd love to have someone come clean mine, but I'd be embarrassed to have anyone come in right now. It's really bad. I hope I can make another dent in it today....at least vacuum.

@swenson19d I'm no help with the crotch sniffing. Tippy never did that. But, I think I would work on getting him to stop. You don't want your friends to avoid coming over because they don't want to be accosted by Kevin. The idea to teach him to sit when company comes sounds like a great idea, but I'm not sure I could ever get Tippy to do that. Good luck. I did look up the Scent Works and that sounds like a fun thing to do. I started doing something similar with Tippy a couple of years back, but quit. I need to start again as she seems to love "find it," where I hide one of her toys and she sniffs it out. But, she gets bored and will only do it a couple of times.

My neighbor requested that I make him a batch of Oreo Balls for him to take back to his home in Nashville. He had shared some with an elderly friend there and she loved them, so he is taking some to share with his lunch group that gets together once a month - including her. So, this morning, besides my normal breakfast, I have had 2 Oreos. I always eat the first on out of the pack to make sure they are good and then the last one, to make sure they didn't get stale in 10 minutes while I was blending them up.

@swenson19d - I pretty much agree with the AKC article. Hobbes does it to one or two of our friends who come over and he also thinks he can jump on them, Why I have no idea...others he leaves alone after an initial hello. I do try to make him sit so others can say hello to him and to get a toy when greeting anyone at the door (hard to bark or sniff with a toy in his mouth). He does seem to try to sniff more when meeting people on the trail and I usually have him sit by my side or sit to be petted/acknowledged.
@quilteryoyo - love your thought process with the Oreos. If I liked them I would probably do that too ๐Ÿ˜Š To make the balls do you add anything to them?
Did you see that they are going to have a limited time Chocolate Confetti cake flavor for their 110th anniversary? My Oreo loving husband was very excited about it ๐Ÿ˜‚

@shanaber I did not see that. I'll have to try them out, even though I usually go for the originals. Making the Oreo Balls is easy, but a little time consuming. First, I put the Oreos in the food processor and grind them up to a fine grain - I use a family size pack and use them all - minus two. Then, you smoosh up a package of cream cheese into them and mix well. I use my hands. Seems to work well. Next, grease up your hands and roll the mixture into little balls, about an inch or less around. Put them in the fridge to let them chill good, at least 30 minutes. Then, melt almond bark and coat the balls. Return to the fridge to chill. Put in an air tight container and store in the fridge. I bet your husband would love them.

"friends"? oh DD's friends and family. I got an autism diagnosis. When I asked what specifically is the give away the reply was "well the fact that your friends are your cats and dogs..." LOL!

Kevin is kinda hit and miss on the nosing, he does it maybe once in 3 days or might have a run of 3 times in 1 day. He seems to do it to me more than anyone. I think it is a greeting. He got rambunctious about it today and just shoves his nose in repeatedly while now trying to bite my clothing and nip my legs. He wants to tussle. I am officially his clan. haha! He is obedient with "leave it". Once I get over the giggles of him being playful, I let him know its off limits. I am blaming HRT for changes that entice his nose. Sandy doesn't do it though.

    Food
I ate too much. I got hungry and ate prob 10 jalapeรฑos with cream cheese and bacon... then ate ice cream. Bet I regret that in a few hours with heartburn. I need to get on track somehow.

@swenson19d It's hard to make friends as an adult. I had a really hard time with that after my husband passed away. Getting involved in more activities helped - church, tennis, Relay For Life, etc. I'm glad Kevin is good with "leave it" when you tell him that is enough. I love jalapeno poppers. I would have probably had 10 or more too. LOL

    Good morning!

We are back to work normally after the long weekend!

The weekend went well. Nothing out of the ordinary I suppose. DH is still loving the Tesla. Sunday he insisted he needed to go to the grocery for 1 thing. Even though I pointed out they may not be open yet, he went and sure enough it was not open...pretty sure he just wanted to drive there LOL. He is having trouble getting the lane assist to work. We have not been brave enough to try the self driving. They cover their butts though. You have to request access and then over the course of a week or so they they monitor your driving for unsafe habits and then let you have it LOL DH got a ding for "aggressive turns".

I busted my butt on reselling. My goal is to make $40K this year net profit, not including taxes. If I were to make it "full time" in retirement, I need to make about $50K a year net and that would leave me a post tax income of about $36K. It is doable, I watch a bunch of youtubers who do it full time. Obviously I don't know their full financial picture. We started off strong for the month and it has died down.

I am trying...again...on getting back on track with food. A bunch of mom's friends are coming to visit in May and I am embarrassed. They have never seen me this heavy. I know it is stupid, but it bothers me. I told DH I wanted to get back to walking today too. I need to burn 2200 calories a day. It is interesting, when I work (reselling) from home, I almost burn that much. When I sit at a desk all day...I maybe hit 1900. That reminds me, it is 10 min till my walk.

I bought a planner I really love so I am going to make sure I start documenting personal and work stuff. Mom did that, she had the red book daily diaries. I have them in a chest going back to I think the early '90's. It is so fun to pull one out. I also had found a small daily diary from when she was still in the single digits of life and that is fun too, not much in there obviously but still some insight.

Today's to dos: Confirm trash cans were picked up. Schedule well tests. Figure out of property surveys are done. Draftsman???? No answer from email a week a go.

    Have a great week!

I'm glad DH is enjoying the Tesla @CMorning99 . Funny that the "car" dinged him for making aggressive turns. Yeah on your reselling business too. You can do it. You can also lose the weight. Walking again is a good start!

I did a mile walk on the treadmill this morning. Last night I had a slight fever and have had a runny nose the last couple of days. I found out that one of the other teachers in the classroom I usually work at daycare tested positive for CoVID. So, I managed to get a test today, and, you guessed it. I have CoVID again. I'm sure mom has it too, as she has the same symptoms, but a little more severe. She isn't going to get tested though. Turns out that 6 of the 14 staff members at daycare have tested positive within the last week and 4 others are having symptoms and are being tested! Of the 4 that aren't sick, one of them just had CoVID about 3 weeks ago, one of the others had their booster shot about a month ago, and another had CoVID 3 months ago. Not sure about the other one. It's crazy how contagious it is and apparently the vaccine won't keep you from getting it. I guess mom and I were a day late and a dollar short when it came to getting our booster. Since we just had it on Thursday, I'm hoping it isn't going to make the symptoms worse than they would have been.

Oh @quilteryoyo! I hope it is mild for both you and your mom! It is really crazy how contagious it is. One reason why we aren't really going anywhere much where we would have to be inside and around other people again. Even at the hairdresser this morning (she works from her fancy garage) we all wore masks again and she had it open even though it was cold and drizzly outside. She is immunocompromised from cancer treatments so we have always been super careful around her anyways but hadn't worn masks for a while.

@cmorning99 - glad your dh is loving his Tesla! Interesting about how they handle the self-driving features. My dh loves all the automated features of our Subaru and it is a few years old now so doesn't have all the latest stuff but the lane assist and automatic cruise adjustments for traffic make it really great for driving any distance but you have to really trust it HA!

@swenson19d - I guess if that makes you autistic it would apply to a lot of us! We don't have many friends here either - do have a large community we keep in touch with around the US and elsewhere from professional friendships. I would love to have some older running/hiking friends, I tried joining some groups here and I just can't keep up with them and don't want to hold them back either.
Hobbes used to bite at us to engage us too. My dd's lab used to grab at our clothes, pants skirts etc and ripped so many things! I also don't like it when Hobbes tries to lick me... an occasional lick on my cheek or hand is one thing but sometimes when he wants attention he won't leave well enough alone. He knows 'enough' for a while now and usually will stop whatever behavior it is when I say it forcefully enough.
At agility class we have been discussing teaching different words and how they can be used to discriminate between obstacles and different actions for the same obstacle. So tunnel can mean go in the tunnel but if you need to have them go in the end furthest from you how do you tell them that. Or after the tunnel do you want them to keep going straight on or come back to you. It is amazing the words they can learn and all the different actions they will relate. For must everything it is a single word to make it easier for us to say quickly but we might repeat it for emphasis.

So I haven't said much here - I heard from my doctor... 2 of my tests came back positive. One I expected, the ANA test since it was positive last time it was done and it doesn't change I don't think, although the pattern was different this time. The other was the LUPUS (SLE) ANALYSIS (NON-ORD). She didn't feel the results were significant and said it was good news and I should be happy they didn't really find anything wrong. I think she was bothered that I was upset and I told her that my fear was they wouldn't and there would be no explanation for why I feel so terrible and so no answer on how to fix it. So she has referred me to a rheumatologist that I will see in mid February. I love my PCP but I kind of feel like she just threw her hands up and pushed me off to someone else...

I am still getting out for a run when I can or a walk if I can't and taking an Aleve periodically when I feel especially crappy. I have been trying to eat well (still not enough veggies though) and I am logging everything. Oh - I did see a bit in the 6 minute mile newsletter about how to live to be 100. There was a link to an age estimator from one of the large life insurance companies... says I should live at least to 97! ๐Ÿ˜
Question for you all - do you have any go to snacks when you have a sweet tooth? I would prefer something home made, @quilteryoyo's Oreo balls sound good even though I am not a fan of Oreos ๐Ÿ˜, and they are probably not on the healthier side. My go to of late has been Kirkland mini chocolate chip cookies or peanut M&M's... there has to be something better!

Thanks @shanaber . We have been pretty lax about wearing masks at daycare lately. It's just so hard when you are around the little ones, singing is especially hard, and I think they really need to see your facial expressions. It's just hard.

I would be with you on not knowing what is wrong, so not know how to fix it. I hope the rheumatologist can help. You are doing great to get out and do all of the walking and running that you do!

As for a go to sweet tooth snack, when I have it around, I like my homemade granola. Since I'm going to be home, I should make some more. Mine has rolled oats, nuts, unsweetened coconut flakes, ground cinnamon, ground ginger (or cardamom, which I don't have), sea salt, honey, extra-virgin olive oil, and vanilla. I really like it and it is definitely better for you than the Oreo Balls. LOL

@shanaber It is frustrating not understanding what is going on with your health. It does sound like doc the needed to send you to a specialist to better explore it.
Dogs- That's interesting, using one word commands. It makes sense. DH'd cousin or Aunt (can't remember) was shocked that Kevin knows 2-4 word phrases and that I don't use single word commands. We of use "STOP" for the barking; I talk to them like they are little kids. Kevin is too smart. Today we were working on "take it to Eric" and he did pretty good for the first exposure. I had Kevin help retrieve the mail. Sandy may do better with single words. She is so stoic. It's hard to discern if she's getting it or not.

    Good morning!

When Mom had her cattle dogs, they all had to have a 1 to 2 syllable name so you could get their attention quickly. While true cattle dogs work off of whistles, we focused again on the 1 syllable words. Off, Down, Stop, Come, Sit, Stay, Truck, Go, Wait, etc.

A busy morning here. We had a practice recall at 0600 so we all had to come to work. It went pretty well. When we just do it with the military folks it is pretty easy...when we try to get the Gov Civilians to play...that is where it gets painful LOL I was already up, we had a coyote right outside our bedroom window yapping it's head off for 30 min. I even stuck my head out the door and yelled at it, but they aren't afraid. They have around a lot lately...probably directly coincides with the number of "lost cat" posts on FB.

Yesterday went well. I downloaded a $250 course on how to do reselling taxes. I had a long look at a schedule C tax form and about decided on the spot to hire a CPA LOL. I am going to see how much HR Block software walks me through stuff before I make the call. Slow day on sales though, only 2, well below my daily goal. Hopefully the avg is better at the end of the month.

DH and I went for our 2 mile walk. He had story time and told me how the team lead JUST noticed a lady had not been to work since Sep and they were still paying her. Evidently she was "teleworking" but no one was keeping tabs on what she was doing and she would log in for a minute and then put in 8 hrs in her timecard. I guess they can't fire her b/c there is no documentation she was not doing anything and she claims she "called in". DH said they moved her to a different contract (not sure what she did) but he suspects it is with the parent company directly with a company computer terminal LOL.

Food was tracked and 100 cal over goal of 1750. Apple watch said I burned 2,122 so that is an ~ -275 deficit. My goal is 500 cal deficit. I burn so little at work!

Started medical to prep for retirement. Finally went in for my hand pain. Just knives in my knuckles and outside of my wrist. I have had it for years, but it is getting worse and will see what the VA says. They rate based off of lose of use of function...pain is not accounted for b/c it can be treated. So I need to show I have lose of use somehow. I don't beyond not wanting to work through pain. So xrays and bloodwork today. Then based on that, a referral to neurology. To bad eyesight is not claimable LOL Nearly 24 years of staring at a computer screen has destroyed my distance vision.

Never did call the well guy. I need to do that today. I did schedule and appt with the tree guy and he says he knows a water witcher, that would be fun if I can get him to come out. Heard back from the draftsman, a generic state of "ready to work, let me know how I can help"...huh, I feel like we know that already. So I proposed a meeting to sit down and discuss expectations and prices...seems like a good place to start LOL

Lots of training to do for my new job...back to it! Have a great day :)

@swenson19d Sounds like Kevin is very smart. Looks like he is asking you to put some food on that table. LOL

@CMorning99 Civilian employees balk at a 0600 recall. LOL Weird about the coyotes. They scare me with their howling and the fact that they usually travel in a pack and could do some serious harm. Funny about the team lead not noticing one of the members was MIA since Sept! Great that you are getting out there and walking together. The computer ruined my distance vision too. It was on my exit physical that they found my heart murmur, which I'm sure I have had since birth, it's just that no one had heard it before. I got a 10% disability for that. It's not much, but it's something. I thought it was weird that they gave me anything at all. Good luck with the architect and well. My mom's dad was really good at finding underground water using a forked stick. No sure how it worked, but he did it.

@swenson19d - Love Kevin! He is so expressive! and he is huge! He does look like he is asking you where his food is. I bet Sandy is smart too and is just soaking it all in. My dd's lab was like that and then he would amazes us with what he knew.
Hobbes does know a simple phrase or two (go to dad, go find mom, where's your toy) but responds better to single word commands. I honestly think the agility use is as much for the handler as the dog. I have a hard enough time calling out the obstacle and getting it right. Funny story... when we were starting out in agility, maybe a year or two in I called out the dog walk (walk-it) instead of the a-frame (frame-it) while we were running and Hobbes just stopped, turned and looked at me like I was nuts, 'there's no walk-it anywhere near us, mom'! Then I realized what I had done...

@CMorning99 - interesting about the employee at dh's work. When I was working we were mostly all remote unless you lived in Dallas but you were on so many conference calls everyday it would be difficult to just not be present. They could also ping you on the company chat and you needed to respond unless you had a good reason not too. That said I didn't meet any coworkers, even my boss, for at least 5 years. Eventually they flew us all to Dallas for a team meeting. I would do things though like block out my calendar for an hour or 2 everyday so I could get a run in. Otherwise people were pinging me from 5:30am until 5:30pm or later (you're in CA so you should still be available right?) Not thinking that I was up working so early because of the international staff.
I wonder if you have arthritis in your hand? I think reduced function due to pain is a thing, it is of me when my hands hurt.

@quilteryoyo - I hope you and your mom are doing ok! It is crazy that you got it again but hopefully the vaccines make it mild.

@rheddmobile - are you and DH doing ok? How are you feeling and did you get any feedback on your latest tests? You have been so quiet - I hope you are doing alright.

I did nothing yesterday but work on the computer until my eyes just said no! I had a run/walk planned but never made it out the door. This morning I am going though. It is gorgeous out and I feel better than yesterday anyways. Also it is supposed to get really windy and warm again. Saturday they are predicting really high winds so I figure I will go today and tomorrow and pass on Saturday and go out again on Sunday. I need to move because if I don't I get so stiff and cranky and I don't sleep as well.

Interesting on the trust we are working on... we (our lawyer) had gotten a couple of inquiries initially after the notifications went out, from the large charities that are named. Apparently they are getting impatient and sending emails every week wanting to know why we haven't sent them a detailed accounting. The lawyer explained before that we were waiting for the house to sell. Now he is getting short with them. Sent a very short one line reply along the lines of 'House just sold. Accounting In process. Will have it shortly.' Dh figures their lawyers probably get paid based on settling the trust donations. Our lawyer said these organizations have teams of lawyers who all they do is go through the trust paperwork and if anyone was going to contest it would be them... still I am hoping they will see what we did was fair and equitable to all who were included. Otherwise it is going to drag everything out and we may end up having to go to court which could end up taking a couple of years...

@shanaber That is such a funny story about Hobbes and the obstacles. Dogs are so smart! Good call to get out today and tomorrow and passing on Saturday. I hope you are able to run again. I also hope all goes well with the trusts. I would want to say, look, you're getting your money. It's free. Just hold your horses for a few days. LOL It's so irritating when people get so greedy.

Mom and I are doing okay still. I'm not sleeping the best for some reason. Mom isn't having that issue. We are just both tired. Her symptoms are clearing up. I am coughing a bit more than I was in the beginning, but not much. My problem is trying to distinguish between CoVID tired and lazy/using it as an excuse. I started to walk 2 miles today, but decided on only one again and maybe try for more tomorrow. Even if I am just being lazy, it isn't going to hurt anything to give myself a break....not like I haven't been anyway. LOL

There are usually toys and carrots on Kevin's table. He's in trouble currently. He go into the cornbread on the stove, thank goodness the top was cooled off, and he & Sandy chewed up a wooden spoon. So I put baby gates up to keep him out. But he redeemed himself a bit by actually using the potty bells. He's good to ask to go out, just usually scratches or sits at the door. Sandy still has a problem with that one time in the evening, just uses the carpet. I got the new rugs yesterday which Sandy christened. I love the color change, from a red one to blue. This is Kevin helping me with the bedroom rug. I gave up and we went to bed.
    ixsjb2e7otjj.png

I'm back to trying to do better with food. My weight is still hanging just above "do something" the HRT seemed to increase my appetite and water weight (since it came off after stoping them). They are just too expensive, 200 a month and with dh being self-employed, I lost my prescription coverage. Im not paying for the medicare script bit. 187 a month to potentially "save" 13 bucks. Or if there is a copay, I'd be paying more. And I'm allergic to the testosterone cream, rash.

I just gotta get school work going. Its such a slow paced program that it's just boring. I really need to fill that in with violin. I'm doing better with anxiety and the lessons are more productive, finally.

    be well.

@quilteryoyo No matter the reason, if you need the rest, take it. Covid, you know, can have symptoms for months. I dont sleep well. Im hot and achy. I moved to my study couch with a thin blanket last night which is on the cold side of the room next to a northeast window because Sandy is one hot dog. But I never sleep well even if im not hot. Can you take anything to help you sleep? sometimes Advil/tylenol even helps without aches and pains. ETA When I was a teenager I'd rearrange my room when I had a spell of not sleeping. Our room now really can't be rearranged. The bed only goes in one spot. I might change the blankets or rearrange another area. idk just a thought

Thanks @rheddmobile . My bedroom is like yours and really can't be rearranged. I may take Tylenol and see. I haven't been this week because I didn't want to suppress a fever, if I had one. I haven't since Wednesday. I also should probably turn the heat down at night. I do sleep better if it is a little cooler in the house. But then you have to warm it back up in the daytime, because I freeze. LOL I am feeling better today, but it's only 9:30 am. I'll see if I really feel like making some "business" phone calls. I hate trying to deal with medicaid and the VA. When I'm not at my best, it makes it worse, but these calls really do need to be made.

Love the new rug and Kevin and Sandy sound so smart.

Good luck with better eating. I need to get on that too, but have lost a little since I've been home. Probably because I don't eat breakfast until 10, have a snack, and then dinner. I have 3 meals if I eat breakfast earlier, which is necessary if I work.

    Good morning and happy friday!

@Shanaber I can't believe those charities. How can they afford such bougie lawyers? I stopped giving/sending money to charities awhile a go. I will donate items or time. But it is a special case if I give them cash.

@quilteryoyo Glad you guys are feeling better. Our on base daycare had another outbreak, took out a bunch of folks in our sqd as "close contacts".

The week has been moving a long. Work went from 0-100 in 2 days LOL. Something happened all of a sudden and I started getting put on projects (generally with no warning) and then given a crazy deadline. Luckily I have perfected my professional, yeah I am not going to do that, stare LOL.

I got in my first "tiff" at work regarding our recall. The inspector has opinions on how things should run and they are based off of...well opinions. He wrote us up and told the Commander and then came back and said I need to fix a bunch of stuff. No bruh, I have been doing this just as long as you and that is not required. The secretary got mad at me too b/c I pointed out the communication lacked in areas, she came stomping in my office and said "why did you say that! I told you there was a change"...yeah girlfriend, you told me...what about the other 200 people in the sqd. Again a big differing of opinions on roles and responsibilities.

I had to walk away yesterday b/c I was getting overwhelmed. I was handed 12 projects to run/fix. They were giving me deadlines before I could even get the training done. DH and I went to lunch and when I came back I made a list and if it was not scheduled to be worked on at that time...it wasn't getting done. I have been in this rodeo before LOL

Got a call from the well folks. We are moving on to the next steps and I am getting quotes on full set up and scheduling a test pump for the county, fingers crossed!

Draftsman is MIA again...all I asked him to do was schedule a meeting. I have his phone number and he has texted me before. Maybe he isn't an email guy?

Drove the Tesla to work since I have to go to the PO box 40 miles away. Took me 5 min to figure out how to unlock it and 3 min to figure out how to put it in park. Le sigh.

Food and calories have been good. Dh and I have been walking our 2 miles a day. I have been hungry lately. I am eating 1700 a day but keeping a 3-500 deficit and I guess that is enough for my stomach to freak out LOL

Well, I better start packing up and moving to my new "desk". A conference room table in a supply storage area. I understand the squadrons problem, I have been there myself so I am I am not mad. But a true sign that retirement is in 567 days

@swenson19d - seeing your new rug makes me want to get going on getting ours... The other day while at Home Depot I picked up a small version of one I thought might go well in our living room and it is still sitting all rolled up on the dining room table. It is red with touches of black, grey and maybe blue. Thought it might go well with the red brick fireplace but still tie in with the grey walls. I am concerned it may be too much red though. We'll see.
Kevin... as he gets bigger it is going to be so easy for him, Sandy too for that matter, to snag things off the counters. We have gotten pretty good at putting things so Hobbes can't reach, but sometimes he still tries.
Hobbes... he has gotten so jumpy/barky lately. Not sure what is going on but he will jump at any little sound and start barking like crazy.
@quilteryoyo - definitely rest when you need to even if it makes you feel lazy. Your body is telling you it needs some downtime.
Not sure if it would help you to sleep in general, @swenson19d too, but I take a magnesium supplement before I go to be and it really seems to help. I loved it when we had the waterbed. I could turn the heater down when I was too hot and it was wonderful. I don't have too many issues with being too hot any more other than in the summer when it is just hot overnight and we don't want to run the AC all night.

@CMorning99 - for your reselling taxes have you looked at TurboTax? Dh uses it for all of our taxes and was planning to get the Estate Tax piece to do the trust taxes. The only reason we aren't is that the lawyer wants to make sure they are signed off by a CPA so none of the beneficiaries or state/federal can come back after us personally if something was questioned.
Hope all goes well with the test pump! Also I would try texting the draftsman. Some people (especially younger ones) just don't do emails much so it wouldn't hurt

I had a pretty good run yesterday. I am feeling a bit better and not hurting so much overall so that is good. Debating on if I should keep the rheumatology appointment since it is weeks away and if I no longer have symptoms...๐Ÿคท๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ
Also I am not eating enough this week. Tuesday night I was SO hungry I almost got up in the middle of the night to eat something. Wednesday my calories were so low I knew I need something before bed so had a protein drink, Yesterday we made sourdough waffles and had breakfast for dinner. I still wasn't even at 1200 calories for the day. Dh made me a dark chocolate hot chocolate with a couple of mini chocolate chip cookies. Not the healthiest snack but it tasted wonderful! I just need to eat breakfast and lunch more consistently.

@shanaber I really liked the red carpet . Everything else is natural. This blue is so dark that I have a hard time seeing the cats on it as easily.
ivqkz2jz3fvp.png the dogs are running around the table. and DH keeps asking me if the rug is suppose to be faded in spots... ๐Ÿ˜ฉ I get it. Kevin was laying in the little cat bed when I went to get this pic. But I missed it. ๐Ÿ˜…
I wonder what's up with Hobbes? Is he feeling okay? extra hungry? K&S are just starting to bark at the UPS/FedEx drivers. Maggie just barks at the walls, for real. She has cataracts and I wonder if she is seeing something or is just trying to rouse the pups. She barked at nothing today when she wanted them to get up from a nap. grr Maggie. I was napping with them. They were on high alert to whatever she was barking about though.
Sourdough waffles sound amazing, and hot cocoa. I'd follow up with the rheumy. They understand.

I have an English Muffin crumb just under my K key... it's bugging me. You know? those little grains of ground corn or whatever it is.

I gave the pups a PB&J sandwich for a snack. Neither of them were keen on it. But I guess Kevin decided he liked it. He came in barking at me to give him another. They each had half an egg & cheese sandwich for breakfast. I bet kibble dinner isn't gonna be interesting.
