    Ahhhhh another day gone poooof...
    D I sent my 'saga' in a private message to you. Thank you for sticking with this and for your encouragement. So great to see so many longterm success stories on here :)
    I went out and got my 13,000 step/ jog this morning. I just wanted to get another one in before the snow starts so I seized the opportunity. Glad I did because it felt reallllly good to get it done. Snow is just starting to come down now at 6 pm in Denver.
    I was up .4 over night. For Omad I made salmon, cauliflower crumbles with carrots and peas, and a salad. Was satisfying and tasted good. Hope everyone had an excellent day :)

    Good Omad day...except I ate at 4pm instead of 5pm. Didn't jog but went out for a 4 mile walk. Sandwich night tonight. We ordered Jimmy Johns. I also had some popcorn and...a candy bar :# I was down 1.1 overnight.

    Good Omad day. Got a 14k step jog in this morning and heading out for another walk around the neighborhood which should get me to a total 23k steps today. Made potato and leek soup from scratch and had a greek salad also. Got into the pickle jar and ate 3 pickles after dinner. I'm gonna blow up over night from all the salt. I was down 1.3 overnight :o

    Not a good omad day :/ I was up 2.3 pounds over night...I'm sure the pickle monster got me ( did not eat anything other than my dinner posted yesterday). That gain lead me into a cheat day :s Well... :s this was my first cheat day and I really had no intention of ever having one. I will have to muster up resolve tomorrow. I'm pretty sure I can put it behind me. And...I did it again today...got into the pickle jar lol...I told myself "don't do it"...and I did. Not gonna buy pickles again, I love them too much. I remember when I was a kid, trading a neighbor a glass of our milk for one of her pickles...I was in heaven.
    I did do my jog this morning. For dinner we ate pretty light but I did start eating around 1pm and finished with my dinner. attqrp918zcb.jpg
    Weekends are good omad days for me usually...not much stress and I stay busy. Fingers crossed and lips buttoned up. Hope everyone had a good day.

    Not a bad Omad day...kinda hungry but knew I was going to have pizza for dinner so I kept that in mind. Ate half my pizza before I remembered to take a picture. Had two small pieces of nutella pizza too. Probably another ton of salt in the pizza...Was down .3 overnight despite more pickles! Did my 14k step/jog in the rain this morning. It felt good to just go out and get it done.

    Good omad day. Did a walk with a friend instead of a jog today. Down just .1 over night. My meal choices the last three days have not been good. Had Chinese tonight for dinner and I picked all the wrong things. Daughter and her hubby coming for dinner tomorrow night hopefully I get back to better meals....for sure starting Tuesday. Hope everyone enjoyed their weekend. Time change got me up at 5 am this morning and it made for a long day.

    I had Chinese too and just remember it's just water weight and the more water you drink the faster it comes back off :)

    Thanxxxx D and Brenda. Ya...I've been having back to back to back high sodium day and I made tacos for dinner tonight too. I'm going to hold off on weighing myself till Saturday because I'm starting to get bugged. Yesterday I was up .3 and today down .2 so there's a lot of ping ponging around. I did go down 1 point on my total fat this week so that's some progress... I did my run yesterday and today also. Yesterday was a big dinner because the kids came over. I took a pick of my meal tonight but had already eaten one of my two tacos. hope everyone is well <3

    You are doing great. I couldn't weigh every day, the ups/downs would drive me insane. Once a week is all I can do, but for some it works, just not me! We had tacos last night too!

    Thanks D! Tacos are to darned good aren't they?! Tomorrow will be a new beginning for me. I won't weigh till Saturday and depending on how good I feel I'll decide about weigh ins from there. A friend brought over a yummy pasta dinner, baguettes, salad and a lemon cake dessert. It was all too good and I'm not used to having a surplus of yummies in the frig. I caved to baguette twice today outside of my 1 hour. But...everything is gone now so I'm gonna make a big effort to right the ship tomorrow. I have to do it...I don't want to slide back down and give up hard earned results.
    I walked today instead of my run. I was stressed to the max with the stock market.

    That is always the best to get the stuff out of the house. I only bought Halloween candy that I didn't like for that same reason :) too tempting and I don't have the self-control for just one piece :)!

    Yes D (wait a sec...did you start a new thread? Had to look twice at your screen name), uhhh I have been having a hard time getting back to the one meal. I keep giving in at around 2 pm and my omad is at 5. I'm gonna keep trying to get back on the routine. It was sooooo easy till I fell off. That's why I can't have cheat days...it sets me up and I have a hard time getting my groove back. I'm pretty shocked it's so hard this time....I have to get back to omad because truly nothing else works. Fingers crossed :s

    Yayyyyy! Today is the first day I made it to 5 pm OMAD. Took my husband for an endoscopy at 1 pm and and that got me easily to my 5 pm feed time. Did my 5-6 mile jog this morning so I'm pretty happy about today. I hope it'll be easy again from here on out for a while. Sure didn't want to give up all my progress >:) I can feel some extra weight on me but I'm gonna hold back on the weigh ins for a bit...at least till I feel better. When I lose weight everything gets a lil gushier feeling and that really throws me off mentally....feels like more fat but really it's just not as much fat pressing outward....ughhhh gross haha. Had a jimmy john sandwich for dinner. Hope everyone is feeling fabulous <3 <3 <3

    Kat awesome on making it till your meal time. A lot of times for me it is just getting the mind to behave.....but I have had a much better week and looking forward to hopefully another loss on my next weigh in. Hope you have one as well!!! You are doing great!

    D, I'm so glad you're back on a roll also! I can't seem to control my mind once I get that nervous hunger signal. It's like I see black. I can be totally satisfied and 5 minutes later crazy hungry. Once I'm firmly on OMAD I don't get like that. Yay! Today was a success also. Also did my jog this morning. Had my daughter and hubby stop by for dinner so we had ruben sandwiches and potato skins. I didn't take a pic but also had angel food cake and strawberries. Packed up all the left overs and sent it home with them.

    Bonsoir...I forgot to check in yesterday. Gonna try for once a week now...So all has been going pretty well...I was happy that my weight remained pretty stable during my 'stick my head in the sand' phase. I am up .4 from my lowest weigh in...I expected a crazy high number. Have been doing my jogging daily and had a nice 6 mile walk around a reservoir today. Made a nice cabbage, potato, carrot and corned beef soup for dinner with a chunk of bread. Ok gonna try to keep my head down and plow through this week.
