A huge milestone for me this week is that I'm no longer considered Morbidly Obese by the medical community or insurance companies, based on my BMI (Body Mass Index) of 39.8--I haven't been able to say THAT for at least 15 years!

Thanks! I'm on vacation right now so I'm working on keeping it that way so I don't return Morbidly Obese by gaining weight while on vacation!0
