    Almost met my goal for July. Have so much going on with some family members having severe health issues, but I'm going to try to beat the stress with my walking. I'm finding it easier to log weekly as well.
    August goal is 40 miles.

    plan to do 5 miles a day 5 times a week, I guess my goal would be 100 miles. 10 down and 90 to go

    I had been doing my walking after work while supper was cooking but I did it this morning before breakfast. When do all of you normally walk and which time seems to give you the most benefit. I was thinking walking in the AM sets the tone for your metabolism for the day but not sure if that theory is true or not. :-)

    8/2 - Walk Slim 4 mile - 2 miles
    8/3 - Walk Slim 4 mile - 2 miles

    I'm going to be conservative and say 40 miles for August..... starting Insanity tomorrow for the first time ever , but I'll try my best :bigsmile:

    Today, August 03/13 - 5 Mile Power Walk.... enjoy the little spurts of "boosted" walking signalling the end of a mile...:smile:

    Just joined MFP today, found this group and very excited because I just started walking and I believe this will keep me motivated!

    Goal: 40 miles- Accomplished - 8/2- 2 miles, 8/3- 2 miles, Total 4 miles and only 36 to go!!!! GL All
