Almost met my goal for July. Have so much going on with some family members having severe health issues, but I'm going to try to beat the stress with my walking. I'm finding it easier to log weekly as well.

I had been doing my walking after work while supper was cooking but I did it this morning before breakfast. When do all of you normally walk and which time seems to give you the most benefit. I was thinking walking in the AM sets the tone for your metabolism for the day but not sure if that theory is true or not. :-)
