    I just started the whole exercise thing. I started with counting my steps through the day and doing some intentional steps off and on throughout the day. Today I found on you tube a 15 minute Start Quick and Easy with Leslie Sansone so I thought I would give it a try. This is something I can do and work up to doing more and more so I would say my goal will be to do the video at least four days a week to the best of my ability. I'm not sure how I will track it but I am excited to join in.

    I just found this group and dug out my Leslie DVD 's that I haven't used in quite awhile. I'm making a goal to do 30 miles between now and the end of August.

    walking the beach & bicycling all count. They are such beautiful ways to get them miles in! Estimate what you think you did and all good!!! Love it that we don't let circumstances stop us from exercising! Wow hip hop to sculpt them abs... how cool is that :smile:. So proud of everyone moving in many awesome ways!!!
